It's all about the reaction. Weak guys usually take two routes: They either accept everything that their girl does, not setting any boundaries or have the courage to say anything. Or they try to act like the complete opposite, trying to control the girl by acting violent and possessive. I think that the latter is worse because a guy could get the impression that he is an "alpha" by acting aggressive, but those guys are just as weak as the ones letting a girl walk all over them.
What all weak men have in common is that they think they NEED the girl in their life to feel complete. So they respond in a needy way.
Being outcome independent is what makes a man dominant. Calmly warning a girl a few times for doing something wrong, and then leaving if he had too much. A dominant man knows he has options and that he doesn't have to deal with any bullshit from any girl.

that's true, i would rather give a woman some options (that i like) so that she may comply one of mine, that's what she truly in my frame. Not some exactly, ''i like this, you MUST do this'' kind of alpha leading way.

Giving your wife a choice to marry you is self-defeating because you are now having to adjust yourself to HER standards. I think there is such confusion regarding control and being dominant. Someone who respects you and trusts you will willingly follow you. You also have to treat that person a certain way to earn that respect, though.
You want to be dominant? Then learn how to be self sufficient. The weapon of choice is your mind and hands. Learn to control your hands through your mind and you teach yourself how to live. Meaning.... you can create what you want if you learn how to put your mind into your hands. You can create what you need once you have full control of your hands. Those thumbs are there for a reason. We let other people's success create these standards that have been put there though societal means. Dominant your own life by learning how to Dominant nature. We have been removed from nature and learn from others instead of learning from fathers and mothers to pass on strength to your children.

My guy makes me want to be a better person and partner. ❤ He knows he is the head of the relationship, but he treats me like i am very cherished and loved and protected. I enjoy making my man feel special and cherished as well but he isnt used to this so he argues... no, you dont have to or i am fine. I tell him I am going to be your wife so let me do what we do. Then he will usually let me. I am talking about packing him food and drinks for a long drive and things like that. We both honor God and each other first and we don't say angry things at each other if we disagree. We understand that it is US together against the subject we are disagreeing over and this helps us work it out easier as we are willing to comprise.

You have to actually not care what they think because you know inside yourself what you are and your capabilities. If you are doing right and someone says things to try to take your confidence they are showing their own insecurities and trying to assign their own traits to you so that they can feel better about themselves. Ignore those people and spend less time with them if possible. Secure people do not have a desire to make someone else feel badly about themselves

i initially took it in the wrong way... he means this advice for both men, women, and others. any human can be dominant using this advice. although, it does seem like a recipe for loneliness...

So how or where do you start?
I am not a man but I would say if you don't feel confident then seek skills, hobbies, career, that helps you achieve more confidence. Exercise and eat good and rest enough. Curb any thoughts that seem to be tearing down your confidence. Praise yourself inwardly and reward yourself when you make improvements and good choices. If you have past things you haven't dealt with in your head... deal with and dispell the past. It is only there at this point to help you go forward in a better way. If another person refuses to treat you like you are worthy and they don't seem to want to better themselves... remove yourself from their presence because that will drag you down with them.
