I appreciate that you let me know both pumps operate on the same fuse. I'm working on an Acadia but I assume thry are the same.

      Acadia should be the same.

If it is making noise on both front and rear, are the pumps fine? My rear works but front doesn't. I can hear the motor when trying the front though. Fuse is good and fluid is at max level. Thanks!

Sounds like the pump is fine. I suppose that there could be a problem with the pump and it would still make noise, but I think the more likely cause is a blockage in a line, a disconnected line, or something else wrong between the pump and the spray outlet. I would try tracing the line to look for problems. Was there any work done on the car recently? Something may have been unintentionally interfered with during that.

The replacement pump did not solve my issue. What elese can I try?

I assume that you refilled the fluid level. Did you check the fuse? Is one pump not working or are both not working? I would also check that the lines from the pump to the spray nozzle are intact, they can come detached or cracked.

@@NateFixesIt Only the rear is working. It is not leaking any fluid anywhere, so I assume I am not getting power to the pump. If that is the case, what else is there to check for? I am pretty sure both pumps are on the same fuse?

@@mikewazowski5900 if rear is working, you have enough fluid and I think you’re right that they are on the same breaker. The next thing I would check is to see if you are getting power to the pump. Can you have someone turn on the rear wiper while you listen for the pump, then do the same and see if it is pumping and not spraying (blocked or broken line) or not pumping at all. If not pumping at all, I would use a multimeter to check for 12v DC on the wire harness to the pump while someone is turning on the wiper. If you get 12v, there may be an issue with the new pump, if you don’t, sounds like a bad wire or switch.
