Washington State, Idaho, and Oregon have many bike trails and scenic road trips. I recommend the Olympic Discovery Trail; we also have several Rails to Trails. I'm on Whidbey Island, and many backroads have less vehicular traffic. Nearby are the San Juan Islands and Camino Island, with British Columbia not far off. Washington State offers so much diverse geography depending on what part of the state you are in. I highly recommend the Palouse region. We are a very bike-friendly state, but I will warn you that there are cycling/bike snobs here who don't want e-bikes on "their" trails.

Not bad content. If I may have a couple of suggestions. A wind sock for sure. Editing needs improvement. The drone shots need some work. For me personally stick to no more than 30 minutes on the video length.
You’ve got something there just needs ironing.
Hope you don’t mind me saying. I’ll click subscribe and look forward to some more content.

This video was two years old and I’ve done over 600 videos now I’d love to see your thoughts on some videos that are a little bit more current. I’ve done my best to try to improve over the years but man keep it coming. This is awesome.

I am LOVIN' these vids Barry! Looks like another trail I want to do!! You know, I may do the Greenbrier each way from the middle like you did here at some point instead of trying to get a shuttle. You do get a different perspective heading the opposite direction on a trail. I absolutely loved the bridges and tunnels on this one! Looks like you got into some inevitable repair work on the trail for this trip AND you came prepared with 2 batteries. Looking forward to your other days on this trail. Jeff

I got a good deal on a 26" fat tire 36v 500 watt motor used in fact the frame was totaled , the guy had cut orr the seat post so he could get seat a little lower so got it for 500 abd already had reballanced his battery so it worked good . i have since had to ballance it 3times so got anew bms and now working fine . i have 1500 miles on it in 7 months , not bad for s disabled person who can barely walk . I love your videos and got a trailer and realized quick its a challenge to get it between post and bolders as I'm seeing your having that problem too.

Couldn’t help but notice you had some trouble getting around some of the gates at the street crossings. Trailer seemed low enough to go under. Why not disconnect, bring the bike around and connect back up with the bike on the other side? Seems like it would have been easier in a few cases. Loved the video!

I'd be complaining about those gates.
    Super not necessary at all!
We have a rail-to-trail here as well, and we have gates to keep vehicles out.
Our gates only go halfway across the trail.
Perfectly stopping all vehicles, yet all bikes pass with wide clearance.

Out of curiosity, and having honeysuckle on my fence line I researched honey suckle , here is what googly shows….. There are three types of honeysuckle - vines, shrubs and a bush variety. Honeysuckle Vines. The honeysuckle vine is a common, simple-to-grow climber that's available in many varieties. Vines can also be planted as ground cover, but they're most often trellis-trained to cover walls and structures.
Well I just leaned something new …..love the aroma but know of a few folks that are just allergic to honeysuckle as many are to poison ivy / oak.

Biggest problems with the more powerful E-bicycles. Is less range. You get more power for starting punch. But nowhere near range.
I focused on bringing my Hyper E-Ride of a balance between that and keeping to the basic 36volt platform. With this. I get good speed, power, and range. I slapped a 36volt 30ah LIFEP04 cell in the trailer i haul and i can do about 100miles (Or more) with the front 500watt 36volt hub motor it has. Or likely get 2 or 3times more range using the stock 250watt 36volt hub. Though later plan to swipe the rear for a mid-drive 500watt 36volt and add another battery to the mid-frame in a cargo bag (with a 36volt 12ah cell) and upgrade the stock 36volt 7.8ah cell to a 36volt 10.4/10.5ah cell. Maybe even spank another 36volt 30ah LIFEPO4 again for more range and also use it as a power battery for electronics by hopefully finding a converter to deconvert it from 36volt down to 12volts and hooking that up to a inverter/DC 12volt system to run power stuff off it. Since it's 36volt 30ah. That'd up it to 90ah at 12volts. Giving loads of power for stuff to run on it.
My Hyper E-Ride's been the biggest fun i had making a monster out of a standard Walmart E-bike from 645$ to a insane dual battery, dual motors, dual throttle controller cargo hauler, cruiser style ride feel, to a monster off-road mountain XC bike. And still looking pretty basic in it's bicycle fashion.
Still nice bike. Beefy looking and probably pretty good with those fat tires. Won't be scared of driving in thick dirt and snow with those badboys.

Thanks for the great video. We have two lectric 3.0 bikes. We want to stay on the trails overnight where there is no power. I know you mentioned solar. I’ve looked at your link also. But really don’t understand how to power the bike. Are you using the solar (charging an extra battery in the trailer) during the day when you’re riding your bike? If so, purchasing an extra battery is not in our budget right now.
