Bloom Technique (Language): Neon Colors 009

Second to last video of the neon colors. As I have been using them, there are definitely some I will continue to use, but definitely some I will not.
Colors are Arteza neon collection, the neon colors from TLP, and neons from Artist Loft. Cell activator is the same as always - Amsterdam paint and AU Floetrol. Ratio of 1:3.
Sorry about the language… Dropped my ear bud into paint, picked it up and slipped out of my hand and bounced across the floor. 🤦🏼‍♀️
