  • This is the latest stacker in the Nesting Stacker series. The Micro hair stacker has been designed specifically for dry fly tails and wings. It may look like other stackers, but a great deal of thought has gone into the design for this Micro stacker. Machined from top quality Aluminum bar stock and anodized with an anti-static coating, to enable trouble free stacking of even the finest materials. A deep smooth beveled opening making the insertion of fibres easy, and a deeper base and shorter sleeve for the smooth removal of the stacked fibres easier. The Micro stacker and the popular Nesting stacker set are available from 54 Dean Street and Hareline Dubbing. www.54deanstre...

Esta guapo... Aquí en España los usamos en ese tamaño para igualar las.plumas de riñonada de gallo de León, desde hace muchísimos años,... 35 años hace que tengo yo uno... Incluso los hacemos en casa con casquillos de balas...

Thank you Mr. Clarke. I hadn’t seen anyone stack feather fibers before. I guess I always thought they were supposed to be uneven. Very informative as always. Blessings to you.

Mr. Clark, I just found your channel, and although I do not fly fish I do design my own jigs for bass and crappie fishing here in the states. I was wondering do you every tie jig patterns. Most of your techniques I will utilize for my own jigs. You're precise thread lays and material choices are absolutely perfect. I will learn a lot from you even though I do not tie fly's. Thanks for your time and knowledge.

Hi Alex, thank you. No I'v never tied jigs, in the way that you do. Although in recent years tiny jigs have become extremely popular within fly tying and fishing. Many of the techniques that I use could be developed and put to good use for your jigs. Good luck with it.

Your book is arriving at my house tomorrow. I got my vise picked out, and am compiling a tool and material list. I'm very excited to start making my own flies! I can't wait to get going! I'm even going to start hunting to get the meat and masks.

@@Thefeatherbender The Feather Benders Fly Tying Techniques, I also plan to get the CDC book you worked on with Marc. All your nesting hair stackers including the micro hair stacker from 54 dean street just passed customs, they should arrive on Friday. Got a handful of supplies, a hundred bucks of cdc and 3 pairs of Renomed scissors. I basically copied your setup. Now I just need to work towards getting the skill up. The swiss vise should arrive within the next 2 weeks. I have a lot to learn about fly tying and fly fishing in general but I'm very excited about it all.
