It's basically an indirect compliment. Instead of saying "you're a wonderful person", it's like saying "your parents brought a wonderful child into this world".
It's an English translation from Japanese, so take it with a grain of salt. You can't really translate everything literally. For example, "being open-minded" as a literal translation would more be like "your heart/spirit is wide".

Whatever it is, she’s still in and out of whatever medical place she has to visit (the generic term in Japanese can mean anything from a general hospital to a specialist). Could be anything, not gonna speculate.
When Korone didn't stream on Aug 5th(?) she tweeted she was accompanying her mom to the hospital or clinic. It's an ongoing thing with her mom.
