This video is awesome, gives great clarity of thought for many people.
Few suggestions for calculator (xls sheet):
    1. Pl remove .00 for all amout numbers :-) paise doesn't make sense any more, only rupees.
    2. Pl create a column for GOLD in existing investment.
    3. Pl create a space for NOT to count "living-home" for returns. Or, give a separate room for reverse-mortgauge

Now I have more knowledge about personal finance. I just subscribed to your channel. Big ups to everyone working effortlessly trying to earn a living while building wealth in this recession. I’m 47 and my wife is 43, we are both retired, no debts. Currently living smart and frugal with our money and still earning passively even in recession. Saving and investing lifestyle in the financial market made it possible for us this early even till now we earn monthly through passive income

what kind of investments did you do. I have a little sum right now doing next to nothing in a savings account. but it's hard for me to take part in the market right now due ta the fulltime nature of my job. it will be way too stressful to combine so i don't even think about it

@@YvesPoulin-eg6lbI invest across the top crypto markets but not by myself. I follow the guidance of CLAIRE MARTHA MAGALHAES, you might have heard of her. I can correctly say she's very good as a financial adviser as her diversification skills are top notch. I say because I see that in her results as my portfolio grows on a monthly basis.

Retirement Corpus tab cell C26 (corpus generated out of new returns) is configured to statically pick the value from "='Pre Retirement'!F24". So if one wants to retire at 50, then also the value is picked from corpus left at age 57.

Can you suggest for people like me with regards taking care of 7 people including a child, grandmother, sister education, parents and wife. Even j felt to go abroad and study, take all the money and invest be selfish enough to do for me. But cannot do that and i cant even dream of it for a minute.

Lots of errors and incorrect assumptions in the video content (although Excel file is great).
    1. Inflation in education and healthcare is greater than CPI. The numbers quoted for education expenses after a few years only take normal inflation into account.
    2. It's incorrect to assume we'll need only 100 mbps after 20 years. With the rate of growth in tech, it's possible the media consumption might necessitate a higher minimum. 10 years ago, you could have watched a month of TH-cam in the same amount of data and bandwidth that a day's worth of watching now consumes.
    3. It's wrong to say "16 lakh rupees WILL get converted to 1.15 crores". There's no 'will' in stock markets. Markets allow a 'might' at best. The returns are neither consistent nor assured.
    4. There are also new expenses post retirement. Healthcare and medicine expenses are likely to increase. If health allows, it's also a time to do some more travelling, not less.
I understand you can account for most of these by changing the numbers in Excel, but the video should have still fixed the assumptions it's making. Mistakes in saving money can be permanent for many (most) of us and not something we can fix 20 years later.

I don't see the calculation of adding EPF for remaining working years. I think the sheet is too simple to cover all aspects of retirement planning. I have myself made a sheet which covers returns after retirement such that even after withdrawal your corpus will not go zero . and for last 5-7 years do SWP out of your corpus (possibly MF).

Also why to retire at 50 unless kick off. If kicked of then live a simplier life and why to spend so much with no income.
And how such ppl can save 8cr. You started with 2/3 lakh saving per month at the age of 30 in today's world means a poor salaried poor quity guy and such guy can not save 8cr.
Better think how u can stick to a job even with lesser pay if kicked off till60 y of age.
