Nope, just a bunch of 0x's. Probably 1 or 2 of em at that. Just got to be easy at first and when you hit the straight speed up.

I don’t play iRacing (but I like watching these clips). Why was it so imperative that he finished the race? Would the game penalize him for not completing the race even though he had a blown engine?
No one would like to have a DNF after working that hard for dozen of minutes

There is no better racing game or sim better than iracing I’m in A class hope to see everyone out on the track and remember if you don’t race clean you probably won’t win.p.s I love the videos every month keep up the good work

I've had people blow engines right in front of me and I've wanted to push them, but then people said it's against the rules to so I didn't. Judging by this though, I don't even know anymore.
It depends, if its during the middle of a race then most of the time you shouldn't do it cause it will cause a hold up and possibly give people black flags. If its the end of a race then it's not going to hurt anyone.
The #10 was like the one Freedom 100 finish a few years ago.
I was actually the winner in that clip, and I hadn't considered that!
There were a bunch of finishes like that during Indy week.

Are you serious?!?! The #1 car cut him off there... Watch again. When you cut someone off and brake check him, he is not "driver that ruins iracing" for punting you. You are just being super greedy in last turn. Which the #1 was! You can pass, but you have to leave space for whoever you're passing!!! You can't just expect him to brake in time, not to mention it's a dick move. #2 left plenty of space on his left side in the last turn. 4:28 Take a look. #1 was the one blocking raceline for #2!
I do think the #1 car closed the door too soon on that final corner. The #2 didn't really come off his line and had the inside, #1 kinda took his nose off. You can see in the turns before #2 did his best to stay off his door as they battled. I call it a racing incident.
He even got on the brakes before contact was made. He tried to stay off him, but when someone takes that angle across your nose, it can't be helped.
@@JReaLBiz86 i see what you are saying. Idk if you have driven on this circuit but if you are to go 2 wide in the last corner there you need to be right down to the curb if you are on the inside. from what i see, Take the 1 car out of there and where do you see the #2 going on the exit of the corner? i see him going up to the sand right at the edge of the track. Now add the 1 car back and i just think he overdrove the corner too much

In the real world the white Mazda would’ve been given the win. #2 was loose and scrappy, then tagged him to get the win. #1 also tried turning him around before the line too so neither party is guilt free. Typical Mazda Cup.
Sam Stratten Exactly, the guy who finished first was at guilt here more though. I can’t understand why iRacing promotes such behaviour. There was nothing good happening there.

I'll clear it up, I was the white Mazda. We had been exchanging the lead cleanly all race and by the final lap had developed a lot of respect for each other. He went into the grass on his own and I thought that was game over, then he popped up next to me, much to my amazement. Going into the last corner I thought I'd out-braked him and that he'd take some ripple but I'd pinched him too hard and after 14 laps of all-out battling he didn't have the turn-in that we both expected he would. He DID brake to avoid hitting me. After I caught it (I had to tap the brake to stop the RR spinning as it was off the ground), I dove for his draft in a vain attempt to close the gap. I wasn't trying to tag him and his swerve to the left wasn't to get away or block, it was to dump air on me. Immediately after the line he apologized for the tap and I apologized for pinching and we both chatted about how it was the most fun we've had on iRacing in a long time whilst we watched his insane save in the grass, over and over. We both agreed his save should go to iRacing for the highlights. The moral of the story is, we both had a ball, earned respect from each other, and learned some new things. I learned that if I'm in that situation again, I could afford to go in a little later, catch a little gravel on exit and rely on having the better line for momentum instead of trying to pinch him into taking the ripples. In the real world I'd have refused to accept the win if it was given to me. The race as a whole gave me a bigger, longer buzz than any win could.

Very close races there. I would have surely been angry as the losing driver

The last one was dirty AF. First he makes a mistake by going off track. And then out of the final corner bumps the other driver to cover up his shitty driving
