The Build Mate podcast is working on strong content. It is proving to be very helpful for civil engineers, especially with topics like "How to start your own construction company." It provides guidance on this subject.

"In my area, there are many old buildings, with some constructed in the last 10 years and others dating back 35 years. My question is, can I approach a builder group to discuss the redevelopment of the area? If so, how should I go about it, and what should I consider beforehand?"
