Unnecessary importance given by host to Cost of materials. Priority is Sustainable development for a livable planet.
Time n labour can save a lot of cost as well.

Thank you for your valuable inputs. Did you watch the part where we spoke about the time cost of construction as well?
And isn't cost calculated on an all round basis?

@@indiasno1constructionpodcast I did conclude by accounting time n labour, pls review.
My important point is being ignored in an attempt for a befitting reply, which is utmost importance should be given to Sustainability n lowering carbon emissions no matter how much is the cost.
Again the long-term goal of every advancement should be protection of the Planet Earth 🌍.
I hope I am clear enough to the perspective of environmental care over mere cost.

@@FEN423Unfortunately that is not how projects work. There is always a budget in place and though on a puristic point of view you may be right, but in reality cash is king!

@@indiasno1constructionpodcast Exactly 💯, phasing out deadlines to be declared to shift from polluting practice to pure Sustainability, not eyewash.
Such cheap practices have brought ecosystem of the planet to an irreversible damage that nowhere equates to the cash saved.
Just look at this years or last 5 years floods around India, Europe, US. It washed away all the savings that accrued by using high energy intensive products adding up GLOBAL WARMING.
As an Industry patron and voice for technology mother Earth demands it's existence for future generations.
