      You can buy it from amazon or just google 9 teeth e bike sprocket. It's the 9 teeth sprocket that usually comes fitted with geared 250 or 350w china made brushed DC motor of UNITE conpany. For 250W the model name is MY1016Z2 & for 350W it's MY1016Z3. Both come with that standard 9 teeth sprocket with square key grove. You can also get 11/12/13/14 etc teeth sprockets that come on other china motors of same make, eg. MY1020 has 11 teeth sprocket.
      Though..... I don't recommend going for china products anymore after their gift of corona.
      Edit : PLEASE check the pitch of your chain as the sprockets come in different sizes. More specifically, the 250W & 350W motors with 1 step gearbox reduction come with 9 teeth sprocket & can be used with cycle chain directly. But 11 teeth sprocket on 500W motor (which spins to 3000 rpm & has no gear reduction like above motors) can't be used directly with cycle chain as the sprocket is small & required #25 chain. Cycle chain is bigger than that.

    • @morgrimgaming7342
      @morgrimgaming7342 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Nikola Kragovic To be fair, I think that for a quick and dirty motor set up, that one could preset their gear shift so that they don't need to adjust mid ride. Also, the pedel spin could be stopped by simply putting your foot on them.

    • @Nikola-pn2yx
      @Nikola-pn2yx 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@morgrimgaming7342 I agree that for a quick setup, it's really OK, honestly the idea is great, but the way it was made really forces you to just use the drill all the time while I think some pedal assisting in certain situations while still being able to pedal in others is way more attractive. More so because I doubt the battery of the drill can last a long time. Also, I don't think you can stop the pedals by putting feet on them, that's not how bicycles work or am I missing something?

    • @morgrimgaming7342
      @morgrimgaming7342 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Nikola Kragovic The way most mountain bikes work is that the pedals can be stopped without stopping the gears. Helps the rider conserve energy on long treks.
      I agree on the pedal-assist idea. Personally, I'd find a way to mount that to the front wheel instead.

    • @Nikola-pn2yx
      @Nikola-pn2yx 4 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@morgrimgaming7342 I think you might be wrong. The wheel can spin while the pedals are stationary. However, if the cassette is spinning like in this case(through the added chain by the drill), the other chain will spin the pedals.

    • @wes326
      @wes326 3 ปีที่แล้ว

      How about putting it on the front using a rear wheel with a sprocket. That way the rear drive is unaffected and the front electric drive would freewheel when pedaling. Plus less of a distance from the drill to the handlebar throttle.

    I like your idea, but I have a few improvements that I would implement. Number one make use of a larger driver gear. Number 2, make use of the rear derailleur, that way you could have better speed and battery life. 3, get rid of the pedals, I like that you keep the theory for legality, but if you ever pedaled that bike without a break in drill chain, you’d kill it,
