      @@dok4 각도에따라 근육이 생기는건 다양하기때문에 원하는 부위의 근육을 더 발달 시키기위해 그 부위만 자극을 잘 주도록 하는거라고 생각하시면돼요 생각보다 어떤종류의 운동을 할 때 원하는부분만 자극주는 고립은 어려운편이죠

    강경원님이 롤모델인 사람 입장에서 몇년동안 운동해 몸이 아주 좋아졌다.
    그때는 댓글이 외국인만 많아서 최정상급인 그를 한국인들이 잘 모르는 경우가 많이 아쉬웠다. 외국인들은 그를 칭찬하는 글만 가득했다.
    하지만 국내 약투에 대한 여론이 들끓으면서 여기 댓글창이 더러워졌다.
    로이더들이 욕을 먹는 경우는 뭣도 모르고 로이드부터 꼽고 운동을 시작해서 망가지는 녀석들이 많고, 부작용에 대한 지식이 인터넷에 넘쳐나며 키보드 워리어들이 미쳐 날뛴다.
    나또한 보디빌더라도 로이더가 아니라는 거짓말을 하는 빌더들은 싫어하지만 전부 급이 있다.
    로이드도 종류가 있고, 방법이 있고, 운동법이 따로 있는데(이 모든 것을 해도 부작용이 사라지는 게 아닌 것은 알고 있다.) 이 글을 보면서도 무작정 그럼 너도 로이더네 라고 답할 노답들이 많을 것 같다.
    로이더는 선택이다. 무언가를 잃어가면서 얻고 싶은 자들 본인에게 달렸다.
    편하게 근육을 가지고 싶은 사람들에게 나또한 말리고 싶다.
    하지만 너희같은 키보드 워리어들이 깔만한 분이 아니다.
    우리나라 체육협회가 프로 카드를 주지 않아 직접 미국까지 가셔서 미국프로카드를 획득하신 분이다.
    그게 뭐냐고 말하는 사람들은 로이더가 안 좋다는 글만 보고와서 무작정 까는 사람들이고, 운동하는 사람들을 까기 위해 최소한의 공부도 하지 않은 사람들이다.
    우리나라는 그에게 해준게 없다. 그를 존중하는건 내 개인의 감정이고, 너희들은 존중하라 하지 않을테니 아무것도 모르고 까지 마라.
    강경원님을 바라보며 헬스를 하고, 스테로이드 없이 그와 같은 몸이 될 수 없다는 걸 알지만, 로이드를 사용하지 않아도 마음의 목표로는 잡았다. 덕분에 보다 확실한 헬스지식을 가지고 재활하며 군대에서 다친 신체들의 건강을 되찾았고, 보다 더 좋은 몸을 가지게 되었다.
    그는 내 영웅이다.
    나또한 약투논란을 일으킨 승현님을 존중한다. 덕분에 많은 사람들이 로이더에 더 큰 경각심을 가지게 되었고, 현재의, 미래의 로이더가 될 뻔한 사람들에게 도움이 되었을 것이다.
    하지만 승현님도 이런 일방적 비방이 가득한 댓글란을 바라진 않을 거란 내 개인적인 생각이다.

      +Nick Pascale, having a TH-cam channel and making videos yourself takes A LOT of time. Isn't it easier to have a partnership with a pro that already works with this (an have all the tools and knowledge about design, film making and editing)? It is. Maybe that's the case for him.

      I'm not sure if the two accounts are officials... it seems so! (the first one seems to be focused on the korean fans -- since he writes in korean -- and the second one more focused on the western fans. It's my guess hehe)

    일반인이면 밥을 먹는다고, 운동시에 턱에 힘을 준다고, 얼굴 표정을 과하게 짓는다고 얼굴 근육이 계속 자라지 않지만 이분은 약을 하시기에 ..밥을 먹을때도, 턱에 힘을 줄때도 매순간 근합성이 비정상적으로 촉진돼 얼굴 근육이 약물에 의해 도드라지게 자라게 된듯 ㄷ

    약물의 힘을 빌리셔서 그런지 내추럴이랑 운동법이 아예 다름 자세나 그런건 같겠지만 확실히 자극에 집중하고 세트를 바로바로 가져가시네 약물 안 하신분들은 다른 방법으로 운동해야할듯

      그래도 저때보단 요즘

    개인적으로 15, 16 이후로 발전이 안된게 너무 아쉬움.
    충분히 미국에서 괜찮은 성적 내면서 시합 잘 뛰고 할 수 있었을텐데 저 당시에 너무 무리해서 그런가 그 이후로 최소 저 만큼으로 몸 나오기가 힘들어 보였음.
