I remember bawling the day I took my daughter home from the hospital because I realized HOW MUCH MY MOM LOVES ME… and they don’t prepare you for the amount of love you have! Abby, you’re doing a FANTASTIC JOB! Glad you got a little “mommy break” and that Griffin was so happy to see you. He ABSOLUTELY POSITIVELY KNOWS WHO YOU ARE, and HE LOVES HIS MAMMA!!! ❤
I am the eldest, and my mom told me that when she had me she called her mother to tell her that she loved her so much because she too realized the immensity of a mother’s love.
I was the opposite I cried because I knew I was going home by myself with no help.
I guess it's different when your mom is still alive

The fact that I’m just a 14 year old kid and I feel so much excitement, sadness and joy watching u guys on TH-cam is great cause I feel like I’m being brought into ur life and thinking that not to long ago my mom was going through the same thing while I was a baby makes me so much more determined to make my mom and dad proud of what I become in the future, I hope I take care of my kids and support my wife like u guys do to each other and yeah I love u guys and I hope ur life keeps on going beautifully to where u guys can look back at it and proudly say “I wouldn’t do anything differently”

I never thought being a parent would evolve in so much emotion. But after watching these recent blogs, I feel like it’s just so humbling to see how parents adjust and feel when they have kids. Me watching these actually makes me considered to want to be a dad in the future. Btw Matt, you got this!!!
So many people have been having kids older, I think it discourages young people to start having sooner. These two are a breath of fresh air! That you can be young and find love AND *be mature and have kids. I think they should go into what made them feel ready for marriage "so young" (why they felt mature/ what their parents taught them ect.) and make a video about it.
Not that they are "so young" it used to be the norm. But I think the modern mentality that you're supposed to be young and live it up in your 20s have messed things up for the past 20 years (or 30).

I am a parent and this was so hard when my little one was young. I know the feeling of guilt but know my daughter is 15 and know I only think of the next time slot I can have time alone! ❤️

My daughter turns 18 in three months, and I STILL feel like this when she leaves for more than one or two nights! (It was worse when he dad left us when she was only four… and got visitation every other weekend. I used to act all happy with her when he picked her up and then legit BAWL the ENTIRE WEEKEND while she was at his house!) Abby, you’re doing a FANTASTIC JOB!!! (Also: I used to have just as much milk production as you do, she nursed until she was a year old) ❤
