I have to give Paul George credit: despite being 34 years old, this year his conditioning was great and he played like a high-level All Star. It's impressive given how long he's been in the league already.

Sixers have virtually no roster, no bench, no auxiliary role players, and no young talent. It has two guys - an oft injured, but great regular season center, who disappears every playoff run. Maxey is a good young player, but not an elite player.
This team had its chance for a run years ago. That time is passed. Signing a 34 year old player will make no difference. They’re simply not good enough.

PG on the clippers was a big failure ... way too many injuries from stars to make a playoff run. Way too many games not played because of load management and injuries. A team that looked great on paper but did nothing. Glad to see him move to another team that might utilize him better imo.
