No DNA from the Defendant is found on the victim. But the victim apparently scratched her attacker to the point that her fingernails broke.
Two explanations:
The Defendant was the driver and picked up another person(s) who did the assault.
Or he wore gloves, a thick jacket, and some kind of face shield where his hands, arms, and face were protected.
But him trying to sell the victim's phone and him driving his car with blood inside it and his clothes covered with the victims blood.... puts this Defendant in the know.

Since her blood and her phone was in HIS car, the only feasible other explanation is that someone he knew did the actual stabbing. If he is protecting or covering up for someone else then he deserves whatever he gets. Also, who drives around with blood in their car the next day as if it's normal unless you know why it's there and you just don't give a damned?
If someone took my car and brought it back with blood all over it I wouldn't just be out driving it around like nothing happened. I'm not buying that someone else took his car killed her then just gave him his car back.
I don't know if he did or didn't do it. But WITHOUT A DOUBT he's involved. Innocent people don't run and your car is covered in DNA. What's worse to me is, if he's covering for someone, there's still a very dangerous person out there

Why run if you’re innocent? Who drives around in a blood splattered car? Why did he have her cell phone? No scratches on him? So what? He was clothed, head to toe. This monster is as guilty as hell.

Well with him not having his DNA in her or any marks of a struggle it raises questions to anyone with a brain. Either he was the driver and there was another in the back seat doin the crime. Or he pulled an OJ Simpson and wore gloves. the blood In the car doesn't necessarily means he did the crime in the eyes of the law unfortunately.
@@tobydanger86 The defense didn’t say if anyone else’s blood was on her body - they just said the defendant’s blood wasn’t on her. Could he have washed the body? Or worn gloves? I think the blood in his car is a huge obstacle to his freedom. I think he’ll be found guilty.

It is heartbreaking. I'm an Uber driver and that's all i want, is safety for my passengers. I've also gone above and beyond of what's expected of me to ensure my people get home safely. Praying for answers and justice. Peace for her loved ones. 🙏🏽⚖️♥️

As soon as she shut the car door he set the trap by locking the child proof locks that couldn't be opened from the inside...He thought he was so smart...

Ikr! That's exactly what I said! If you want to make sure someone gets home safe, either you call them (in x amount of time) or have them call you upon arrival. I don't install an app. What's the point? This incident PROVES how pointless it is without added confirmation. I have a similar app for my teenage son but couldn't imagine having one for a significant other. That would be a red flag lol

What did the defendant claim happened? His car was involved. Blood, prints, hair??
He said he was at a party and fell asleep and when he woke up and went out to his car there was blood all over the place. So he said someone must have e stolen his keys from his pocket while he slept. Then went kidnapped and murdered this girl then dumped her body went to the bank to use the lady's card then went back to the house put the keys back in his pocket and left 🤷♀️🙈🤣🤣🤣🤡🤡 he's a clown

He is guilty whether there is DNA or not. She is on camera getting in his car and that's the last known visual of her. He is not an Uber and still took her there is no explanation that makes him innocent in any way, shape or form. Big deal there's no DNA? Maybe, but the circumstantial evidence is tall and strong- hands down that video is damning to the defense as a stand alone piece of evidence!!

His clothing is covered in her blood and DNA. They said there is no DNA under fingernails because they were broken from fighting him. The nails they were able to trim did not have enough to compare! Get your facts straight! The expert testified yesterday that there is DNA as well as his and her DNA mixed together. So yes HE IS GUILTY ALL THE WAY!!!

So since you went on to testimony that is shown on another video there is No mixture of his and her DNA on anything but the knife. But if you listen there are three other sources. So question if someone used your kitchen knife which you handled hundreds of times would your DNA be on it? Example I come to your house do something horrible with Your kitchen knife. Now me the unidentified dna, yours and the victims dna is found on YOUR kitchen knife that means you’re are guilty? I also use your clothing to clean up blood since I’m in your home. You should go to jail? What I think is that being that there is other unidentifiable DNA found on all objects I think he was driving and there was other ppl maybe one or two who committed the crime. I’m not saying he’s not guilty of anything I’m saying I listen to the evidence in full and not with my emotions. Like the man said above “good thing you are not a juror”

I rip and bend my fingernails on alsorts of things she could have done it pulling at the door handles the seats even clothes he was wearing, it does point towards another passenger after all it was a rideshare. Would she think anything was wrong if there was someone else in the car aswell!

This story is so heartbreaking. I have a daughter in college and call an uber is the thing you always hoped they would do if needed. So sad the world we live in sometimes. My heart goes out to her family and friends. ❤🙏

She wouldn't have gotten in the uber if it already a passenger. I think he loaned his car to the killer and he is taking the blame as he was either threatened, blackmailed or prospecting for a gang. They probably gave him his car back right before picking his gf up and he didn't have time to clean it as he was already late to pick her up.

Yes, she knew. My family uses a tracking app there are 6 people on it. Great for keeping up with new drivers, elderly drivers, drivers on a long trip, your kids out in the neighborhood. Much more to it than "where are you."
The "tracked" has to agree to have it on their phone and the other members of that family, group of friends.

See, I think the defense needs to pony up ALL they know if they know it's someone else. The jury is too smart for that game. This defendant is solely being tried for this particular crime. They should've made a conspiracy-to-commit-murder or felony murder charge if they knew there was no evidence of him in his own car. The victim blood was all over inside his car, and he does not her DNA?? Even his girlfriend Maria stated that she ask him about the amount of blood and the cleaning product, and he does not have her DNA?? I guess they need to have everything tested again by another lab.

There is a little more to this than meets the eye. He may have had a cohort in the car pretending to be another Uber passenger. Usually one would think they would just cuff her, rob her , max her charge cards , get all her savings , checking at an ATM etc. Then take her for a ride way up in the woods and bang bang.

As an Uber driver, we are always safeguarding ourselves from attacks. Of course there's no DNA from the driver, we always cover ourselves up more than you can imagine. Prosecution needs to bring in an UBER driver.

That really depends on what type of clothing he was wearing and what the struggle actually looked like. She kicked a window in the back seat, so I’m imagining her laying on her back, pinned by her attacker, in which case she could have been clawing at the seat out of desperation, but not able to make contact with him.

I was thinking that the defense was weak at first but i now have doubt being that there is no DNA. It makes me think is it possible that someone could have used his car? Have you ever let someone borrow your car and they got a parking ticket or a red light ticket? It’s your car but you did not cause the reason for your ticket. I want to know if she fought so hard how she has none of his DNA on her. Being that the knife was two inches and they were in close quarters why he has no cuts or bruises. Maybe he was the driver and there were other ppl in the car. I would like to hear all the evidence aside from the car, it is sad this young lady lost her life like this. Smh
