This stadium was announced way backed in 2014/2015 and ground was broken in 2017. The pace of development is snails pace and that goes for much of the developments in Bahria Town. Initially, when PCT 2 was announced in 2013, it was completed very quickly. I booked a Via in PCT 35 in 2013 and I am still waiting for completion. 7-8 years later my property hasn't been completed and I've paid all my instalments with just the handover payments. Going back to this stadium the construction is too slow, they changed the design of the stadium quietly, the ground area should've been larger and the construction methods are archaic. They should be using pre-fabricated concrete instead of getting steel and pouring in concrete into an encasement. The stadium should have been completed in 2019. This statement won't be completed until 2024 in my opinion.
