However, I would like to suggest a dedicated, research-based video on this topic: Government organizations like Steel Mills, PCB, or other institutions often have outsiders appointed as chairpersons. These individuals, who come for just 1-2 years, end up damaging the institution instead of improving it. I believe the government should appoint chairpersons from within the organization-someone who has served there for 20-30 years, knows the ins and outs, and treats the institution as their own. Appointing outsiders should be avoided.
I hope you consider making a video on this issue. Keep up the great work! 😐
