Great vid Joe, I found your channel a few weeks ago and I’ve been binge watching all the videos. You seem very level headed which no doubt inspires confidence in those that work for you. Keep doing what you’re doing and try not to take too much notice of all the people offering advice on how to run your business. Only you can decide the direction you want to go, not some random bloke sat on the loo watching your vids at work who’s decided you need to run it in a certain way.

No, it’s been an evolution really. I didn’t even plan to do the weekly’s at first. I thought I had a good opportunity to review lots of cars so would do that, but I’m not that technically knowledgable really and it probably showed! Yes possibly, but the expense puts me off for now!
