Meaning that frost powers aren't lowering temperature per day it's leeching energy away from everything around her. Meaning if she had speed like Barry her atoms would be moving incredibly quick which would mean as she tried to use her ice powers she would be giving them energy thus raising the temperature because of how excited the atoms would get meaning it would be harder to freeze things cause instead of taking away energy she'd be giving things energy almost because of the lightning she's giving off

If I remember correctly that machine is what creates the portal into the mirror dimension and not only iris was trapped there, but 2 other people. There was a choice between either iris or the other 2. Because iris had been in the mirror dimension longer. Barry's love for iris overpowered his judgment and with the hyper intelligence, it made him to do this.

Caitlin would never be able to inject velocity 10 and automatically know how to use the speed force, let alone throw lightning with ice. She was never a speedster. Zoom was able to do it because he was already a speedster. The fight is cool and all but it's doesn't follow what we know about speedsters.

Caitlyn even said when frost died that death storm had all the power in him for centuries and was use to it. So when frost absorbed all the power it killed her. The same thing should have happened to caitfrost in this scene. Barry has had years of training with the speed force, throwing lightning ( which he had to train and learn, he didn't do it the first time he tried), etc. Frost injects herself with speed force and suddenly she is on par with Barry? I don't think so.
I really hate that Nash Well’s sacrifice to power the artifact force didn’t last long. Okay, I know that he had to do so lots of people got saved, but Barry shut it down after getting Iris back. He realized what he had down. Later, Iris was the one to add the spark to actually activate it again and create the Speed Force along with the 3 other forces.
