Prince Andrew in 'World of Hurt' as Lawsuit Progresses

- Attorney Gloria Allred, who is representing victims of Jeffrey Epstein, say Britain's Prince Andrew is facing a "world of hurt" after a judge has - for now - refused to dismiss a lawsuit against him by an American woman who says he sexually abused her when she was 17.
Stressing Wednesday that he wasn't ruling on the truth of the allegations, U.S. District Judge Lewis A. Kaplan rejected an argument by Andrew's lawyers that Virginia Giuffre's lawsuit should be thrown out at an early stage because of an old legal settlement she had with Jeffrey Epstein, the financier she claims set up sexual encounters with the prince.
Kaplan said the $500,000 settlement between Epstein and Giuffre didn't involve the prince and didn't bar a suit against him now.
"The prince is going to be in a world of hurt, in a world of trouble, not comfortable to have to sit there and answer questions in this lawsuit," said Allred, a prominent lawyer who has represented many women who were sexually assaulted.
"He's not going to be able to evade and dodge. He's going to have to step up now an answer unless and until this case is settled, if it ever is and we don't know at this point, and he may not know at this point, and Virginia may not know at this point. Of course, she's also going to have to give her deposition," she added.
Giuffre sued the 61-year-old Andrew in August, saying she was coerced into sexual encounters with him in 2001 by Epstein and his longtime companion, Ghislaine Maxwell. Giuffre said she was sexually abused by Andrew at Maxwell's London home, at Epstein's New York mansion and his estate in the U.S. Virgin Islands.

@@Chanticlair47 If there were any actual evidence against him, Trump would be serving a life sentence for jay walking. Since every accusation raised against him has been proven to be contrived by Hillary, Nancy, Chuck and Adam there isn't much the law can do to him.

@@JayBandersnatch if Trump was on team pedo, they would not waste time with fake dossiers, fake Russia probes and fake pee pee tapes. They would simply blackmail him. This is how the pedophile elite works. Jeffery Epstein was always on the hunt for rich, powerful and influencial people to blackmail. They could not get Trump and the fake alligations prove that beyond a shadow of a doubt.

Much like how united states decides to quite literally be involved into other countries policies I'm pretty sure it's not just a one way street. If you have crimes in another country you can be dragged back to that country for the trial or such. Kinda like what middle east did with the former defeated president

You know I don't get it in an interview her dad said that he took her to the island himself so what was she doing there in the first place? I don't think prince Andrew was sexually inappropriate at all now she's letting all this out how many years later?I think she wants money

This tireless attention harlot already took more than $500,000.00 as a final settlement for all things related to this case years ago!
I believe that her only genuine concern is that this guy is high profile and it gets her name in the media!
People who accept final settlements for anything should be done pursuing a case!
If Prince Andrew settles out of court with this woman it will be the second time that she has cut a deal to settle out of court, the Prince should practically be able to beat this case since she already took an end to end all things to do with this case, which is why I believe that she wasn't allowed to testify in the trial against Ghislaine Maxwell.
This case is quite literally human history as it has always been, minus the massacre of the, in this particular case, co-conspirators who were also working tirelessly to recruit other young girls to engage in sex trafficking in exchange for a fast buck.
Sex trafficking co-conspirators whom, solely because they are white, have been obsolved of all legal liability for their highly illegal actions and have further been allowed to profit 5 times from engaging in sex trafficking by being allowed to be paid for selling sex, being paid to recruit innumerable other young girls to sell sex, by being allowed to sue the estates of both Jeffrey Epstein and Ghislaine Maxwell and by eventually being allowed to profit from the media rights to their stories while black girls who have engaged in exactly the same activity have been buried in the prison system for decades and black men who have engaged in far lesser non-international sex trafficking crimes have been sentenced to prison terms ranging anywhere from hundreds of years in prison to 12 consecutive life sentences while the most time that was discussed for Epstein, before he absolutely did not kill himself, was 45 years and there's discussion of sentencing Ghislaine Maxwell, whom it's said by legal experts wouldn't even be on trial if Epstein were alive, to anywhere from 60 to 80 years in prison.
