3:11:06 I actually remember this dashboard, we got our 360 s model possibly sometime in April 2011 since our console was manufactured in March 2011, When we got this update we were a little bit weirded out by it because we had never seen such a major change with a console before, this was a really weird update but looking back at it, it was such a cool dashboard compared to the final.
That Gamestop was bought out plus all its inventory and ended up keeping the same employees. Basically is Gamestop without the benefits of Gamestop lol

I'm a little over 3.5 hours in as we speak lmao may be an old vid but worth the watch for shits and giggles and some of the systems and accessories found in this pallet haul are neat to watch - some super common but others extremely rare finds - although this is more modern systems and not seeing "a whole pallet of NES to Dreamcast" era "antiques" - compared to seeing PS3+ and X360 or Wii consoles anyways - but js lmao some months later on the comments - but checking it out now while bored af and taking a break from my PC - League of Legends ranked grind for Victorious Sona champion "skin" at end of current ranked split in a few weeks

That 'white stuff' is usually the console rubbing against a wall. It is textured dry wall and white paint from the creative places people place them in small spaces.
It's amazing how much old consoles are worth in the US. Here in Germany you have a hard time even getting rid of your consoles. And more modern stuff is almost worth nothing. I have a fully working Xbox One I can't even get 50€ for when I tried to sell it.

It's always full of interesting vintage things, computers, apple stuff, tons of old consoles, games, game related paraphernalia and lots of weird things from the past that are cool to look at.
Favourite limited edition 360: Halo 4. I have the Reach one as well, but the Halo 4 sadly doesn't work, so I have it next to the Reach one as an ornamental console. (I have ornamental typewriters and jars of coloured embroidery threads, so I'm kind of an ornamental hobbyist.)

You were in Greer SC which is part of Greenville County I do believe. Good ole A&M Games. And then the quick stop at 1up Games about of 15 minutes from my location in Greenville. Not much going on at 1up. But they do get bundles of stuff that come in from time to time. There is another location called the Video Game Cavern on Wade Hampton Blvd. Also located in Greenville that has always had a really good collection of everything from Atari systems all the way up to most current. Never running low on stock. Great owners as well.
I know exactly what you mean by The Grid being “weird”. It’s cause you only find items there that have been donated rather than purchased for resale or traded for. So it’s a bunch of random titles and accessories haha.
i watched it all and liked it such nostalgia with the old 360's, mother bought one i think was on launch day or the year after, need to check the date, it is the first gen and yes it have had RROD multiple times (got it fixed under warranty), right now it is sitting in its original box as it could not read discs anymore, man i need to clean that sucker up and see if it still works after being not used for the last 10+ years, i do have the cheaper Xbox 360 Arcade (built in smaller memory and the cover over the HDD slot) that dad had until it also got the RROD, did the home tricks to get it to work a full playtrough of Halo 4 then it got artifacts and RROD and red powerbrick... never worked again after that
1:14:49 the disc still spinning after being ejected doesn't happen all the time but I've noticed it's decently normal for it to happen I've played on the Xbox 360 since around the Slim was released and the disc would come out spinning maybe 1/10 times
