Rain sounds helps me with my stress and anxiety thanks for the assorted asmr triggers are perfect for relaxing and unwind I'm already getting sleepy 😴 😑
Your attention to detail is great, I like how you put the stethoscope on the chest, not our eyes like others do. I also love how you traced the letters, a few more positive affirmations after each letter makes for a very tingly experience. Overall it was a very pleasing check up!

I like when you go slower … do the deep breathing - in through the nose, out through the mouth - it causes me to slow down … and causes YOU to slow down, which is helpful for me to wind down.
