Just three whispers, a deep breath in thru the nose and an ear to ear whisper and I’m out like a light! 😉

I like when you go slower … do the deep breathing - in through the nose, out through the mouth - it causes me to slow down … and causes YOU to slow down, which is helpful for me to wind down.
