Just in case anyone is wondering “most extremely relaxing” is definitely THE BEST description for this! And I say that because you probably won’t make it one minute into this with those beautifully soft whispers…….especially if you start with the rolling thunder/ rain sounds! Oh my. But if you can pry your eyes open long enough, the facial with the spray and towel rub is AHmazing! ALL the hair play is THE most soothing imo and the baby rake down the hair was so so tingly! What also caught my eye was how beautiful and calming all the hand movements were, even more than usual. Honestly I could go on about every trigger, not to mention Dee’s most lovely caring attention which may be the only rival to her awesome whispers. But I’ll let you sleep…..I mean see for yourself 😉

The recent one from a few weeks ago is all whispered :) asmr for anxiety and sleep. You’d have to search through them as I can’t remember all of the whispered only. I HAVE REALLY BAD MENTAL HEALTH ISSUES that people won’t bother to pay attention to, among these are anxiety and depression and my therapist is thinking of intermittent explosive disorder but we aren’t for sure and we also think I have a lot of mental health problems that we need to figure out because I went through a lot of trauma and you guys can imagine how that feels mentally, so I barely ever get tingles from asmr. Every video I’ve watched I never got tingles. But this showed up and I just thought it’d be another video that would lie and supposedly give me tingles with layered sounds, BUT THIS ONE ACTUALLY GAVE ME TINGLES AND MADE ME SLEEPY!
