NYPD Esu Federal Signal Vista lightbar

Federal signal vista NYPD Esu special. Usually installed on esu REP trucks in the mid to late 2000s. bar wasn't in bad shape. I added a used harness, some new bulbs, and some new domes. I tend to hate Vista's, but this bar has some badass output.
