F60 Mini heavy clutch pedal fixed ( compression spring fitted )

My F60 Mini Countryman did not have a clutch pedal compression spring installed, as a consequence the clutch pedal was extremely heavy and the car was not nice to drive, especially in traffic.
My Mini Countryman F60 had a horribly heavy clutch pedal, so I sourced a clutch pedal compression spring (BMW part number 3530686067) and the install delivered a huge improvement to this very heavy clutch.
I show how this helps and a trick to getting the spring into place.
