Thats fucking awesome playing dude I'm also a lefty! How do you get your slaps to still be punchy at the higher frets?? Mine dull out at the 12th fret!!
Glad you liked the playing! 🤘 As for the slap sound, I don't change the strength based on the fret position. But one thing to check is if the string height and neck setup are causing any issues around the 12th fret. Maybe adjusting the neck a little could help. After that, try tweaking the string height as well. While doing that, experiment with slapping in different areas to find the spot where it sounds the best. Hope that helps!

When I think about Jamiroquai, I immediately think of the groove and fantastic bass guitar parts of Stuart Zender.
