Incredible. The Inca trail is easy compared to this. The 3 day hike into Machu Picchu allows one to chew coca leaf to alleviate the headache with altitude sickness. Never felt anything work so fast and effectively for headaches.

Was Meg's burly-looking North Face jacket warm enough? Is it a real one or a knock-off purchased in Kathmandu? We're headed trekking this fall and my wife always gets cold. always.

Yes it was warm enough! We did just rent it from our tour company so I can say weather or not is was a knock-off, but it was very warm! I would highly recommend a big jacket like that! Hope that answers your question! ❤️
