Charles Haddon (C.H.) Spurgeon (June 19, 1834 January 31, 1892) was a British Reformed Baptist preacher who remains highly influential among Christians of different denominations, among whom he is still known as the "Prince of Preachers." In his lifetime, Spurgeon preached to around 10,000,000 people, often up to 10 times a week at different places. His sermons have been translated into many languages. Spurgeon was the pastor of the New Park Street Chapel in London for 38 years. In 1857, he started a charity organization called Spurgeon's which now works globally. He also founded Spurgeon's College, which was named after him after his death.
Spurgeon was a prolific author of many types of works including sermons, an autobiography, a commentary, books on prayer, a devotional, a magazine, and more. Many sermons were transcribed as he spoke and were translated into many languages during his lifetime. Arguably, no other author, Christian or otherwise, has more material in print than C.H. Spurgeon.

I like the reader of these sermons
I couldn't even begin to compare myself with Christ even as a young man. My life has been such a wretched mess I cannot comprehend what He ever wanted with me. His love must be so great and so extravagant. I have a hard time not trembling at the thought of His presence. Oh, thank-you Lord for loving worthless me! Thank-you Father for your free gift of grace!
Remember brother you are blessed when you admit how filthy you are ( we) for yeshua came for such people as you and I.

@@nakayembamalita5837 The Lord Jesus is God, YHWH, The Creator Himself. Only God could go to the Cross and undergo to be pierced through for our transgressions, indeed for the whole human race.
Both the writer and the reader are gifted.
Jesus Christ is Lord.

My wife and I are members of Hornchurch Baptist Church, Essex, founded by CH and his brother. He also founded a college for pastors and preachers, an orphanage and other churches. And he preached and wrote extensively. CHS accomplished a great deal before his death, not reaching 60.

It is ACCOMPLISHED! forever with The LORD…our only HOPE
This sermon was shared to me 3 weeks before the sudden death of my husband. God has really prepared me for that day and what struck to my mind that fateful day was the phrase "forever with the Lord". My children were also shaken but when i told them their Dad is now with the Lord, that our separation was only temporary but our reunion will be eternal, they were comforted. Truly, He is the Prince of Peace and He will be with us along the journey

Prayers send🙏Life is tough, don’t lose your eternal life/salvation of anything of this world. No matter how painful, continue to have faith in God and He will grant you peace that passes All understanding.♥️🙏🕊Please allow our Sovereign and Almighty God to fight your battle.♥️
