Such a true human being with a big heart. His principles and values as a lawyer should be applied to every profession.

This is a repeat of Part I for approximately the first 7 minutes. After that however the interview does continue from the end of Part I.

I never considered myself a slave to anybody. I rather like to think of myself more like an ant. A working ant. Ants have this amazing ability of working together building their homes, collecting food and looking after each other. Sure, I only get a fixed salary, but without us going out and doing the work, the company won't have money to pay us.

I pray that all the professional have the passion as Mr, Spence to what he is doing and willing to take what it takes to justify the worth of the trial and carry the dignity of being a lawyer.

19:20 I beg to differ; we know the elements of a civil cause of action in negligence backwards and forwards; we know the elements of adverse possession; we know the corpus delicti of the crime of battery at common law, the Rule against Perpetuities, the equitable defense of laches, when promissory estoppel is a valid substitute for consideration in a contract. I could go on and and on. Give us some credit, Gerry. We know the holding in Buick v. McPherson and so on… All off the top of our heads!

Dexter Haven, knowing is not the same thing as having political standing to say otherwise, when faced with either sovereign immunity or those not required to know the law.
See: Title 28 U.S.C. 541: Historical and Revision Notes (halfway down the page) where it states "Words, "Learned in law" were omitted as unnecessary. Such requirements is not made of United States judges and no reason appears to make a distinction respecting United States attorneys"...lol.

You can be right as rain but when faced with their attorning agencies of their perfidious Hidden Hand, you either sell your soul under their compelled licensees or learned to be honorable by walking honorably another way, which seeks to expose the truth of the Hidden Hand and, that there is no such thing as a federal grand jury or jury justly seated in any federal jurisdiction over American Nationals not officers of the National Government.
Shall I prove this to you too....lol
As for any agency states of the United States, the same applies. Still an agency thereof. And their same Rules apply! PERIOD!!!
Should I teach you, how you still & lie for filthy lucre, as your profession has been used to destroy and deceive the populace at large or otherwise? With such dedicated onerous beguilement, as you destroy with a promise to the widows & orphans & families, until all are left destitute because your chosen profession sells the idea of justice, which is a violation of the Magna Carta, at Artilce 41 but never guarantee just equity, even after taking all the livelihood of those who believe in your talents have been taken or seized, either by you or whatever adversary via forfeiture schemes or revenue schemes, when we both know, that all controversy's or actions so to speak, are long settled in chambers with the chamberlains thereof, before any alleged client faces the formal trappings of whatever forum, which is designed to support your four corners doctrine that your profession seeks to control all walks of life into utter subjugation thereby.
What are these four corners of your pettifoggery? None other than the BAR, The Stage, The Press & the Pulpit!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Which your profession has controlled for thousands of years!!!!!!
If you believe different, please let us instruct you honorably otherwise! That is, if there is any honorable bone left to your already putrid ideologies....lol
You may communicate via the link granted infra.
All our most precious regards to our breathren & all walks of life seeking honor.
      Until then, I AM…
      Your friend In law!
      Most graciously….’In Honor We Trust’

Man what theatrics!!! As well it should be show passion for your client. The prosecution's job is to convict no room for anything else for than. Prosecutor's cannot afford to be human. Kill or be killed in a distorted way , heartless yet feeling justifiably so.
He speaks only to the defense. Protagonist and victim its all smoke and mirrors no real truth rarely is produced in a criminal trial. Two beasts in a jungle doing every they can to survive. Courtrooms is where you realize we're heartless beasts no room to lose. I think Gerry knows its all a charade, a necessary evil .This mans face is his sword even in innocent conversations he does his best to win. The question to me only he's a very charismatic person but does he believe every thing he says he's always in control Always I like him but he's no better than me a I'm nothing. Thank you Gerry Spence.
