Met a girl in July 1990. She was only around until mid-August. We hung around, but became more than friends. This song just unlocked those memories. It was a summer fling. When she left, she said she would never forget me and that she’d keep in touch. She wrote me back about two weeks after she left…I never got word, heard, or saw her ever again.
