1. Check any air leakage near fittings 2. Check valve actuator passing If above both are ok then 3. Put CV in manual mode then oper around 50 or 60%, then check position of valve if slowly closing or opening then u need to adjust I/P accordingly..
Hii, just give 4mA to positioner and check from which port pneumatic output coming, connect that port with close port of the actuator. It depends on valve opening, some valves open in clockwise and some counter clockwise, so u can connect accordingly, note - u have to select parameters according to valve opening and actuator in positioner to avoid unwanted problems.

Auto calibration jab krte hai tb 20% tak jata hai ...uske bad spane error likha hua ata hai screen par.....spane error ku ata hai.....plz help
Check angle once.. at 50% valve opening angle should be 0.... so u can adjust feedback angle with POT. Then again go for auto cal
sir i ues auto adjust and run 20 outlet no have any air come out how to do ?? can repair or no??
May I/P having issues... Check and Calibrate I/P... U can check my I/P checking and calibration Video once ...
