Can u make a fixing zamasu video I had an idea for a change in zamasu, lets stick with the manga varient -When he makes a million clones and decides to destroy everything goku tells him why are you doing this, is this how you plan to live the rest of your miserable life just destroying everything like an animal... and it triggers a brain freeze in zamasu where he kept watching that barbaric race and how disgusted he felt, and how he killed his master and got lost in the corrupt power, has that typical What am I doing scene, and then abrubtly gives up...does a monoluge yata yata and then since goku already called zeno, zamasu goes to a special god ki restraining solitary prison right under where the zenos sits.. So now he has an ominous presence, skip to tournament of power and while goku recruits freiza TRUNKS is the one that recruits zamasu with a warning from grand priest if he acts out again hes erased or your universe is, so with that setup, trunks approachs this locked up zamasu which acts smug, and says well your mother is already gone why resist fate, which trunks starts beating the green off zamasu which was his plan since zamasu believes mortals should release these puny emotions so it doesnt mess up future team chemistry since he was given a heads up on this tournament, trunks finally stops and tells zamasu just dont whine on the way there During the tourney zamasu targets jiren since hes apparently another mortal above a god, he gets taunted by the belmod, and jiren speaks to him condesending, zamasu while trying his best gets worked and punched in the face back to back to back while jiren tells him a god is a worthless title when you cant even make a mortal drop a spec of blood, zamasu gets flashbacks of the whole goku black arc, his mortal complex, his change, he reverts and snaps and starts killing bystanders and crashes out, fuses with the world of void and starts hakaing jiren, this is when priest erases him, but he went out a more developed and interesting character Oh and this is the fused zamasu, hes a perma fusion, also better design by far..
I honestly hate the "copycat" villains that just absorb people and copy their moves. It made sense for Cell (he was intended to), and I got how Buu did it to transform okay, but Morro really had no reason to become another one.
Buu doesn't bother me as much as Moro. Buu had enough unique things going for him to be his own thing. Most of his abilities were magic based. While Cell doesn't have magic.
I guess it’s a reminder that the Universe is running out of beings that can dominate Goku so the only beings with a chance left are people who cheat: IE people that exploit mechanics of the universe, between dragon balls, absorbing power, and using RoSaT

I also didn't like how the Z Fighters failed to defend the earth against the low-level baddies and Goku had to come to save them. Toyotaro could have given Tien and the others a chance to shine but nope, he did the same tired old trope we've seen so many times since the Saiyan Saga. 🙄🙄
@@kaidenjohnson2624 That's the point. Having the Z-Fighters get croaked until Goku shows up is an old and played out trope that needs to die. Toyotaro could literally have had Tien and the others win against the minions then lose against Moro, but nah, he couldn't even give them that much.
I don't care what Anyone says, Toyotara hated everyone except Goku.. The disrespect the Z warriors have suffered since Saiyan Saga needs to be studied. They got a lil shining light helping Gohan defeat Cell (anime only) and Resurrection F minions, but Freiza henchmen are like Raditz/Nappa power level. All I've wanted is an arc where Goku & Vegeta are off-world or trapped somewhere in another dimension and it's up to Captain Gohan, Team Leader Piccolo and the Z warriors including teen Trunks & Goten to fight and protect the Earth, to not only prove to Goku but to themselves that they can work together and defend Earth. Hell, I've even wanted a mini arc with the wives taking down a red ribbon-esque enemy with Chi-Chi & Videl showing great teamwork with their martial arts and Videls ability to fly, 18 being the powerhouse to fight that which Chi-Chi & Videls couldn't and Bulma could even build herself an iron man suit as powerful as normal form Vegeta.. Maybe even a typical funny moment with Bulma & Chi-Chi trying the fusion dance and failing due to Bulma having no ki lol
@RantRadio acting like toyotaro is at blame for this is crazy, let's not forget TORIYAMA made the cell and buu saga and the z fighters were useless there (at least tien kinda stopped cell). If anything, it's toei's and toriyama's fault
A really cool idea for Moro would have been to use necromancy controlling the husk of bodies he drained the life of. Which would have gone well with his Eldritch Mage Identity and wouldn't have needed to waste the wish on the prisoner army when he would have had one in the mindless husk that he would control.
Or cursing magic like poisoning one’s ki, sealing spells that prevents channeling of god ki, high level illusion magic that affects all the senses of an opponent. Moro with such magic could have been a force to reckon with. Shame Toriyama( MHRIP) and Toyotaro never expanded the scope of magical abilities .
@@KapayaSiame Fans were speculating that Moro was gonna lock Goku&Vegeta out of their transformations, fans have better imagination than Toyotaro who only knows how to copy old stuff. Not gonna lie I disagree on Moro being bad because his motives are boring. Freiza is evil "just because", hes just evil for the sake of it. Cell is evil because he was programmed to be and buu is just evil incarnate for no reason
Don't get me wrong, Moro isn't bad just because his motives are boring. Moro would've been fine if he stayed a hungry Goatman wizard, it's that combined with him becoming extremely derivative of Dragon Ball's past to the point it got distracting is why I don't like him.
Another problem is the repetitives of it, we seen it before so its even less impactful even with a slightly different spin on it. So overall hes rated worse than the older versions even if he was a bit better
Frieza is evil because he sees everyone as inferior, and he is a sadist. People like that exist, so "Just because" isn't accurate. DBZ shows you exactly who he is. Moro on the other hand is just boring.
@@streptococo4735 Freeza also wasn't the super generic "I'm going to kill everyone I can just cuz" kind of evil. Like, with Cell, I always wondered what the endgame was supposed to be? With Freeza, he didn't want to kill everything for no reason, he was ruling an empire and seemed to have every intention to keep doing it, he just wanted to do it forever. Moro was this promised ancient wizard but his magic serves only to do cool “ bum bum piuu piuu”. You could have made him to hypnosis, space time changing, body transfigurations, elemental manipulation , literally anything you can imagine. But all we see is absorption/ draining life energy and either attacks you with or uses it to level up his physical strength . His “spells” are techniques that ki users could do as well. In the end, Moro becomes another strong guy who punches really hard and is told to go train as if he was a fighter 😂
Yep and I can imagine ways they could have taken to add it in the manga, but remember Dragon Ball has always been simple. Nothing complex. It has always been a light and simple manga. With more and less light moments of course. Toriyama doesn't like complex stories. If Toyotaro came with these ideas and made them too much complex Toriyama would have disagreed.
Gas’s fighting style is what I imagined Moro to be. Creating constructs like a green lantern would have been cool to see on top of Moro’s gravity manipulation and life drain. We could’ve had more lore about the demon realm and learn what magic ACTUALLY is.
@@starlow9159 Gas fighting style is trash, it fails to sell the Idea of him being strong when he barely has any actual skills, he just asspulls energy weapons and attack with it. I agree that Moro should've done more with his magic, but it should be more wizard stuff, summoning climate, messing with space. He was already manipulating elements, but he should've relied on it more. I've no issue with him throwing hands though, I find the whole "mages can't fight" moronic, specially since this trope was born on D&D over a balancing patch because Wizards were simply too broken in the first D&D edition. So it's not something that need to happen in a fantasy story.

I feel like Moro could have been a cool Galactus type of villain . Someone who has no hate for anyone besides those who gets in the way of his lunch. he just wants to eats and moves on. unlike Galactus the gods hate him because he's messing with the natural order of the universe and his existence is unnatural. When others try to talk to him to try to reason to him. he just says, stuff like, "You eat meat and I'm just eating more meat. all food contains life both plants and animals so why does it matter that I eat. If you want to keep your food alive and well then you'll have to take my head before I bite yours". That's all he has to be. He doesn't have to be more complex than that and doesn't need to be cell 2.0 or talk about his abilities that much. In fact it would be better to keep his abilities magical based and nothing that looks ki based. He should also keep his deign more goat like then human like to help him seem less human and more unique. And as for his defeat, I like the idea that he simply gambles the last of his magic to merge with the planet and uses it as a method to put the people that he views as just food as a hostage. Like if you kill Moro, all life within the planet will die with him. But Moro slowly dissolves to become the planet and, in the end, he became food because the amount of damage he gains made his will way too weak to take control of the planet. it would be ironic for Moro who consumables life within planets to die by being a part of a planet for a reckless and desperate move to win.
Moro was such a frustrating arc. I heard it was terrible, I read it and was surprised that it was pretty good- for super. Badass design, does some neat things. Then he absorbs the android gets the same face as Frieza, Hit, similar to Cell. Want to make your own DB badman? Add some lines on their cheeks going to their eyes! The goat was perfect, not every damned enemy needs to transform.
Fun fact: Toriyama designed Cell, hit and Frieza, and thr facial design they all shared was apart of his style. If you want to complain about Moro having Cell's face, complain that Cell is just Frieza with a different design and voice.
@@Meelow-jp8lb I'm aware of who made DBZ and their style. But having the exact same design used over and over again isn't a style. That's reusing a design and it's boring. Honestly, Instead of pulling the whole 'I eat an android for power lol' they should have had Moro get desperate and prove to be a much bigger threat because now he's using he actual advantage: Magic. Straight up have him and Buu spamming transformation spells at Vegeta and Goku, Moro trying to put them in position for him to kill them and Buu undoing it or at least changing them so they'll survive. (Example: Moro turns Vegeta into a frog and goes in to stomp. Buu turns him into rubber/jelly so the stomp doesn't hurt him, but has to still get him again to remove the Frog effect. Have Buu seem to 'fail' to undo Goku being turned into a jawbreaker, because he knows how well that went the last time and Moro takes a hit or two before undoing it himself.) Moro throwing up illusions, popping hard CC's like hypnosis to put them to sleep (potentially have Goku shrug that off because he's been hit by sleepy from Roshi enough, just for more call back points.) hostile teleport away (and this being a feint for an illusion to set up because he remembers Vegeta using Instant Transmission before.) Drop some slow/haste effects in there, whip out portals to 'deflect' attacks at another good guy. Go all in on how smart he is and have him seemingly recover a ton of energy without explanation after he's lured them into a spell circle, with the reveal being it formed an inverse hyperbolic time chamber situation, so the second for them was long enough for Moro to get back a ton of energy before his arrogance means he re-engages. It would be something fresh, unique to Moro and establish the threat of this ancient mage archetype as more than just window dressing. Also about the third wish: Imagine if it was 'split the power of the three strongest living beings other than myself between the top 20 other than me evenly.' meaning Beerus, Goku and Vegeta. (Angels don't count as 'living' because rules.) Moro understanding that it's very hard to coordinate that power between many people and bring it to bear on him vs a couple of people.
Btw how did he eat 73? How does it even make sense that he can just eat an entire being and obtain their abilities? Was it even explained at any point that man is just cell.2? Tf??
Weirdly enough, Moro's initial design reminded me of the "My Little Pony" villain Tirek. An elderly centaur that absorbs the magical energy of others to gain strength.
It’s interesting to me how Super has had so many of the same problems that GT dealt with where they have good-sometimes great concepts and ideas, but just execute them poorly or struggle to pay them off in a satisfying way. He isn’t perfect by any means, but it seems nobody can do it like Toriyama did in his prime
😂They are both hot garbage compared to literally anything else that's come out this past decade. The only people eating up the super Manga are children in Japan and damn near grown men who can't let this franchise just die already.
Man, one of my biggest issues with DBS has been how so many aspects felt like rehashing old DBZ ideas/scenarios, and Moro last I'd heard was still one of the more original-sounding ideas - clearly I haven't heard about him in a while, and I agree it's disappointing what was done with him
That third wish felt pointless as it felt like moro could hace broken the prisoners out himself. If he did that then the namek dragon would have one wish saved and that could have been used by granolah so that they would not have to introduce that weird new dragon that requires only two small dragonballs
That would make even less sense 😭 why would Granola just show up to Namek when he most likely didn’t know of other sets of dragon balls, or even where New Namek is? Maybe if there’s a bounty there and it happens in circumstance sure, but there’d be no reason for a Namekian to be a bounty, someone a peaceful tribe. And then Porunga would have to just be, waiting there, for the whole Moro arc, and then for Granola to appear, which is not going to happen, he’d dissipate either on his own for taking too long or the Namekians would just let him leave, or better yet, if the third wish were to remain, they’d just wish for all the Namekians that were just killed to be brought back then and there. Another set of dragon balls was a wild card but still plausible, I mean that’s literally what happened with earth; a stowaway/exploring Namekian who’s able to make his own set thusly did so on his now new home. For several more Namekians to be scattered around the universe, potentially with the same case, isn’t that much of a leap when we’ve already seen this before with Kami/The Nameless Namekian
@@kevo5133 I'm sure granolah namakian friend would have should him or he would have been secretly around during the moro arc and gotten to the dragonballs right after. It's not really something to overthink about.
@@Chris-th5fl I mean I doubt it, considering he hid the second dragon ball so that Graonola _couldn’t_ make a wish, don’t know why he’d then tell him about his planet’s set. He didn’t even tell him about Bardock and all that, so it’s clear he hid things from him. Though even if he wanted to, he doesn’t know where New Namek is; his original home got blown up, with New Namek relocated. The only time Granola could’ve been “secretly” around in the Moro arc is by looking for bounties, and by happenstance pass by Moro’s ships as they scoured for planets for a while. There’s no reason for him to be on Namek nor Earth, and doesn’t seem to know how to get there. And still, Porunga would’ve been long gone by then _if_ he could reach New Namek, and he’d still need to know the Namekian language to get a wish at all. With Moro literally just have happened, I don’t think the Namekians would be super cooperative with yet another random person seeking out their dragon balls, so he can wish to be the _most powerful being in the universe,_ for rather selfish reasons. It’s not much overthinking when there’s just a lot of bending of logic behind it that you can’t ignore, while the original story is still plausible, albeit out of left field

I have to say this, how many villains can a anime make? Guys at one point everything will be regurgitated, you can’t come up with something “original” at one point because you’ve used up everything.
1. Regurgitator of works was a great pun. 2. Thank you beyond measure for pronouncing Merus correctly. 3. Same on Mikasa. 4. My mental voice for Moro is Chris Tergliafera. (Avdol from JJBA, but sinister.) 5. This entire video highlights a great many of the reasons why I have little interest and even less hope that post-Toriyama Dragon Ball will come even close to measuring up to Toriyama's Dragon Ball. Oh, and the Granolla Arc in general... Also, holy crap, is that the same Jadusable who created the legendary BEN DROWNED series?? If so, having Jad and CAGE in a single video is honestly a monumental coming together of two living legends.
Power scaling, transformations and Solar System destruction level abilities is what basically destroyed any tension in Dragon Ball. It was a huge problem in Z as characters couldn't be utilized effectively due to constant clashes with established logic and the like. There is some effort in trying to push past it, but this is something that can't be retconned, it's basically one of the main pillars of Dragon Ball at this point.. That's basically why to me every new arc in DBS just feels so hollow, with the ridiculous levels of stakes put on the table it never feels like there will be any meaningful consequences as the main band just ends up basically at the same point.
True, like, in Battle of Gods it was necessary for Goku to gain the God form to be able to minimally fight Bills, and now all the villains that appear are at the level of a God. And characters gaining transformations out of absolutely nowhere without explanation because yes, just like Gohan
Again Broly did have character. Broly when suppressed for his power was hazy, unfocused and unable to clearly speak or do anything. Then as he let's out more power he gets more psychopathic and berserk with him going into over drive with referring to himself as, "a true freak" Broly was pure rage and hate. Not a complex character but a character none of the less.

I just think Dragonball should end. It’s just a series that exists to perpetuate its own existence at this point. It’s not a story with an ending in mind, it’s just something that needs to exist to keep the franchise alive and making money.
Fair enough, just shows how different people's tastes are. The reason I don't like him is the reason you like him. (Vegeta still should've gotten the W though lol)
Moro had plenty of chances to be built different but all I found was a rehash of Cell. Like come on we had some notorious villains in GT and they were original Baby, The Shadow Dragons as well. Whoever cooked with the Shadow Dragons and Baby ideas needs to write the story. For me I wished that Moro had a unique ability that let him absorb God Ki and lock Goku & Vegeta out of using Godly transformation and techniques plus it would play into the factors of Gods vs Demons. So imagine Moro locking the divine ki out of them making them both use different methods to try and combat Moro. Also 26:05 YES LEONARD NIMOY BEING THE VOICE FOR MORO would’ve been sick! R.I.P. Absolute legend.
When Daima was announced it was so funny watching people on Twitter mald that we weren't getting a Moro anme saga. Like yall wanted an anime version of THIS???
2:52 i hate to be that guy. But the androids circumventing the energy absorption is exactly what 18 did to super 17 in GT. So even that was lifted from a previous story.
My main issue that I have with Goku Vs Moro is that there’s really no substance between them outside of “you’re evil so I gotta beat you” which is why to me it would’ve been better for Vegeta to get the win because one, he was the first to fight Moro at the beginning of the arc and got humiliated and throughout the arc you could sense a form of a grudge growing between Vegeta and Moro moreso than Goku and Moro. Hell Goku was more so just support for Vegeta in the first fight. Then the focus on Vegeta’s redemption with the namekians and a sorta role reversal with him criticizing Moro for things he himself did in his past. It’s like all that buildup just to resort back to having Goku be the victor was like what was the point, similar to Wrath of the Dragon (even tho Goku did have more to do with the plot compared to WoTD, he still wasn’t the focus of Moro like how Vegeta was) hell Moro was even focusing on Vegeta’s whereabouts while he was training moreso than tryna track Goku’s. I still love the arc but the ball was dropped on a lot of great moments
goku vs moro is the epitome of the arc's theme. Vegeta was another faucet of that. Vegeta's is just more blatant because they literally speak outloud but u have to connect the dots more for goku (and in general usually).
Imagine that 'Moro begs for his life' scene but with Vegeta instead of Goku. There would be room for Vegeta to actually question 'Should I spare him?' in a meaningful way. He'd need to make a character revealing decision, and that's good drama right there.
@@Sorain1 the thing is Vegeta would never spare him tho because it goes against what he's learned, he has no reason to. Vegetas arc is also not about morality but acceptance and regret. So even if he mercilessly killed people in the past, thats innocent people and not villain such as moro. Vegeta has always been the type to take care of things without a second thought. Character moments are nice but stuff shouldnt be done just cuz it sounds interesting in a vacuum. The intriguing thing about this arc too is that Vegeta's always been an internal struggle and while goku is an external tho here it is swapped for vegeta dealing with his past coming back to haunt him and goku here learning the value in things outside his own selfish desires. But even then the whole point is goku chooses to selfishly try and spare moro for his own gain but also cuz he thinks good will come out of it. Which is consistent with past behavior by goku compared to vegeta
@@baked7423my bad for the late response (got notifications off) but yeah I get what you’re saying because in a way, it was the same with Goku Vs Frieza on Namek. Vegeta had more of the connection to Frieza since Goku forgot his Saiyan heritage but Goku being the one to take Frieza down was more impactful for the series, which the fight with Moro kinda replicates (of course minus Vegeta having a deeper history with Moro compared to his history with Frieza) both were battles where Goku had to push past his limits and unlock or control a new form
36:10 I think that's a good thing. You cannot rush or force art, art has to come from the soul, and it has to be yours. I think Toriyama has been a better writer than Toyotarou for a while, and that's because Toyotarou is still just a dragon ball fanboy like the rest of us, he came in as a fan artist. I think that now he can come up with his own ideas, instead of simply adapting someone else's, dragon ball can have a not better, or worse, but new and different identity. Art has to be yours, you can't take someone else's stuff. Inspiration, yes, but your story has to be done your way. I think that now since Toyotarou isn't limited to someone else's script, he can go beyond those limits and turn dragon ball into something different than Toriyama's Dragon Ball Z. I think when Toyotarou steps out of the fanboy phase, and stops trying to write Toriyama's dragon ball, and starts writing a story that he can call his own, he can stop trying to branch off a bridge that was cut short too soon and start from a new foundation. Toyotarou's never gonna be Toriyama, but I think he can stop trying to make Dragon Ball Z with a new logo, and start making Dragon Ball Super with a new story.
I think OG Moro should’ve looked like his second form (the form before he absorbed OG 73), but with a similar color scheme of OG, and eyes of OG. So slightly buffer, OG color scheme, and OG eyes. I like the idea more instead of Perfect Moro.
Since you havent done a full video on it yet. You should discuss the tournament of power. Anime vs manga, what each did best and worst. In some cases the anime was more of a spectacle whike the manga shows characters conserving there powers at times to not waste energy.
I think Toyotarou needs to focus on his own one chapter mangas like Toriyama did so maybe it could improve his storytelling. If not hire a skilled/competent writer or editor. Victory Uchida, his current editor needs to go.
@@ZarrarTheLegendaryAnd keep in mind, 19 and 20(Dr Gero) were originally supposed to be the big bads of the arc, but Toriyama's editor said nah. Then came 17 and 18, but then Toriyama's editor said nah. Then came Cell, where they said nah to his first form and second form. Lol. I liked Toriyama as much as the next guy, but it's clear he needed his editors to push him and keep him in line for most of the series because when they finally let him off the leash for the Buu arc..... it's not bad.... but boy was it a mess. Toyotaro could stand to have a few editors of his own.
@@ZarrarTheLegendary Thats what I think is what made Super so messy. The lack of editors cleaning up the ideas for more consistency and less recycling and to keep designs over bad ones. Zamasu, Goku Black and Jiren were examples of good antagonists. Morro just isn't and the Gods of Destruction other than Beerus, look mostly terrible.
On top of all the things you mentioned, I also didn't like how they changed Moro's appearance drastically after absorbing 7-3. I liked the goat faced version of Moro. He looked unique compared to the other villains. His magic also made him unique too. Aside from Babidi and a few random antagonists here and there from DB to DBS, there was practically no one who uses magic!
It sucks because it's super easy to write a better story than this. Instead of random who cares prisonners, Moro's third wish could have been something unnexpected, say to resurrect his long dead familly (He lived 10 000 000+ years) so that they, a clan of potentially just as dangerous warlocks and wizards, meet up for the attack on earth instead of random goons. This could have made Moro more relatable even if his familly members are evil by making the villain "have a heart" trough meeting his kind after millenias. They could have been killed by the kais too, or died in prison, or of old age, and with dialogue it would have made a much more memorable ressurected villain team than just... Goons. Idk just something i thought up in 3 minutes lol there may be a lot better things to do but god damn Toyotaro did not cook

Can u make a fixing zamasu video
I had an idea for a change in zamasu, lets stick with the manga varient
-When he makes a million clones and decides to destroy everything goku tells him why are you doing this, is this how you plan to live the rest of your miserable life just destroying everything like an animal... and it triggers a brain freeze in zamasu where he kept watching that barbaric race and how disgusted he felt, and how he killed his master and got lost in the corrupt power, has that typical What am I doing scene, and then abrubtly gives up...does a monoluge yata yata and then since goku already called zeno, zamasu goes to a special god ki restraining solitary prison right under where the zenos sits..
So now he has an ominous presence, skip to tournament of power and while goku recruits freiza TRUNKS is the one that recruits zamasu with a warning from grand priest if he acts out again hes erased or your universe is, so with that setup, trunks approachs this locked up zamasu which acts smug, and says well your mother is already gone why resist fate, which trunks starts beating the green off zamasu which was his plan since zamasu believes mortals should release these puny emotions so it doesnt mess up future team chemistry since he was given a heads up on this tournament, trunks finally stops and tells zamasu just dont whine on the way there
During the tourney zamasu targets jiren since hes apparently another mortal above a god, he gets taunted by the belmod, and jiren speaks to him condesending, zamasu while trying his best gets worked and punched in the face back to back to back while jiren tells him a god is a worthless title when you cant even make a mortal drop a spec of blood, zamasu gets flashbacks of the whole goku black arc, his mortal complex, his change, he reverts and snaps and starts killing bystanders and crashes out, fuses with the world of void and starts hakaing jiren, this is when priest erases him, but he went out a more developed and interesting character
Oh and this is the fused zamasu, hes a perma fusion, also better design by far..
I honestly hate the "copycat" villains that just absorb people and copy their moves. It made sense for Cell (he was intended to), and I got how Buu did it to transform okay, but Morro really had no reason to become another one.
TBF it is possible to write copycat characters in a creative way, for ex: Amazo in Justice League or Rouge in X-Men.

Don't get me wrong, Moro isn't bad just because his motives are boring. Moro would've been fine if he stayed a hungry Goatman wizard, it's that combined with him becoming extremely derivative of Dragon Ball's past to the point it got distracting is why I don't like him.
Another problem is the repetitives

He should have stayed like The Lich from Adventure Time. Some evil wizard who is good at magic instead of a fighter.
Caseoh
yeah the guy is a living disaster than a fighter who can dodge well or pull a good mix up
He was also given a senzu bean, *like Cell.*
With Moro it's not like you say at all, he spent the entire arc with a cool goat design looking totally different till the last 5 minutes where he's like "whoops, DB villains are supposed to transform, time to get boring!"
But yes I'll happily complain about Perfect Cell. Because his perfect form is very boring compared to the first form that looked intimidating and somewhat creepy. I think he's a badass looking villain in his first form and it all went a way to be more humanoid and boring.
@Meelow-jp8lb but that actually makes sense because cell has some of frezia DNA bruh moro doesnt 💀
@@georgecostanza9440Moro doesn't have Cell's face he has that Android's face. You guys are all deluded if you think he looked like that because of Freeza and Cell. No, here's the truth, all Dragon Ball characters look similar. Just take Gohan's face and add any other character hairstyle and you'll see that Gohan will immediately look like that character. This an issue with Akira's art style not with the character himself

Maybe if Goku relied on the true magic of friendship more often he'd struggle less.
Maybe cuz dbz is not some stupid little girls show about rainbows and cringe friendship magic 😂
I’m so tired of god ki being just regular ki 🙄🙄
This right here. What makes god ki different from regular ki anymore? It’s a concept that had so much potential but was executed poorly in my opinion
This arc has to have been produced by AI...
Okay as one of the few who enjoyed this arc this was funny

Toriyama isn’t the writer for DBS.
Merus and his story and motivations was the highest point of the this arc. The fact that he was created made super way more interesting.
It turned to 💩 the moment Moro fused with 73 and just became a generic super boss.. such a missed opportunity to explore more magic abilities..
Yup. His transformation sucked and the fight he had with Goku just felt like Gohan vs. Perfect Cell recycled.
@GeteMachine That's pretty much 90% of how DB fights go, though.
Moro was cool until he stole Hit's face. 🤣🤣
Btw how did he eat 73? How does it even make sense that he can just eat an entire being and obtain their abilities? Was it even explained at any point that man is just cell.2? Tf??
@RandomGuy-eg8zs It's anime dude. A lot of anime does stuff that don't make sense.
Weirdly enough, Moro's initial design reminded me of the "My Little Pony" villain Tirek.
An elderly centaur that absorbs the magical energy of others to gain strength.
Because he is, and some Baphomet.
He should have stayed a warlock.
26:16-26:30
This is Moro's voice moving forward.
That was beyond perfect, I don't understand but this means everything to me
It’s interesting to me how Super has had so many of the same problems that GT dealt with where they have good-sometimes great concepts and ideas, but just execute them poorly or struggle to pay them off in a satisfying way.

There was no reason for having three wishes since there was already the Namek balls. Even the wishing stone got power creeped.
I love your videos dude. Always such great views and details. I like that you even gave yourself the outlines when you pose with Goku and Jaco.

The only positive thing I'll give to Perfect Moro is caving Gohan's teeth in. Now he has one thing in common with his wife, Videl.
I still can’t believe Buu actually got to do something this time
I have to say this, how many villains can a anime make? Guys at one point everything will be regurgitated, you can’t come up with something “original” at one point because you’ve used up everything.
At that point, just don't introduce new villains, just reuse the same guys.
1. Regurgitator of works was a great pun.
2. Thank you beyond measure for pronouncing Merus correctly.
3. Same on Mikasa.
4. My mental voice for Moro is Chris Tergliafera. (Avdol from JJBA, but sinister.)

We All know Moro Original Look was the Best! Just like Cell Before turning him More Humanoid Lookling... That Sucked!
A consistent theme of DBS: Regurgitation and the lack of any originality
He was doing pretty well until he ate 73 then it got downgraded. But UI v UI is amazing.

Yes just like cell, cell had all the previous villains powers and abilities
R.I.P. 2:52 i hate to be that guy. But the androids circumventing the energy absorption is exactly what 18 did to super 17 in GT. So even that was lifted from a previous story.
Your joke on the thumb pose was one of the funniest things I’ve heard in my life and literally made me laugh out loud
What were people expecting the third wish to be before the actual reveal?
What? Super copying previous and better content? No way 😭
Super is hot shit
The fact you used music from Jet Set Radio earned you a like. Regardless of whatever you had to say
DB peaked at the Frieza arc. Been a decline since then with some ups.
Cell arc or Buu saga for me
Great video cage, Moro had so much potential, rip ultra instinct suzano
Man I always love watching the vids, always keeps me entertained. Also love hearing your opinions!

I think OG Moro should’ve looked like his second form (the form before he absorbed OG 73), but with a similar color scheme of OG, and eyes of OG. So slightly buffer, OG color scheme, and OG eyes. I like the idea more instead of Perfect Moro.
I can't wait for your "fixing moro" video. Moro before becoming bootleg cell is one of my favorite db villans.
Great work man
Nah playing ‘Not Like Us’ with the Roshi joke is devious 😂
Since you havent done a full video on it yet. You should discuss the tournament of power.
Anime vs manga, what each did best and worst.
In some cases the anime was more of a spectacle whike the manga shows characters conserving there powers at times to not waste energy.
YOUR CHANNEL IS AMAZING BRO
I think Toyotarou needs to focus on his own one chapter mangas like Toriyama did so maybe it could improve his storytelling. If not hire a skilled/competent writer or editor. Victory Uchida, his current editor needs to go.
I would like to add that back then Toriyama had feedback from his editor, Torishima which resulted in Cell having 3 forms we know and love.
Nakatsuru needs to design the villains too. I hate the generic Cell clones.
@@GeteMachine I'd say they were poorly executed as well, but I agree that without editors pushed Toriyama, DB manga wasn't as good as it is now.
