I'm happy to install this 4-2-1 header/exhaust manifold on my Suzuki M16A engine. Performance part 6

- This time I put my hands on Gravity decat 4-2-1 stainless steel performance exhaust manifold. This was made for Suzuki Swift Sport so not totally bolt on to my Wagon R+ but pretty easy mod. Also could be done to other Suzuki models as Liana, SX4, Ignis or Subaru Justy and even to M13A or M15A engines with or w/o VVT.

1 second off a 0-100 time is very good for an exgaust manifold. Great stuff.

Hi, I live in Lithuania and bought Swift Sport. I came to the officials to adjust the valves and what was my surprise when I was told that they do not do it at all, they do not care that the regulations prescribe an inspection every 30,000 kilometers. Tell me, maybe you know good services on the Suzuki brand?
Well Suzuki it's not Honda. M family engines use shims to adjust valve clearances and that's a whole different and more chalaging work. I don't think you need to do this if you have a decent Swift but if you're into perfection check out MegstuBMW chanel. His name is Lukas and he is in Kaunas best man for the job!

will that header fit the zc32s swift sport 136hp with the m16a engine?

Well im buying one to y compare this to a suppersrint one 160 +-dollars vs supersprint 1000 +- and result is almost the same its proven by dyno testers that compare brands and cheap stuff just make sure its 304 stainless steel and welded by a tig also make sure pipes ar difr lenghts need it to vacuum out gasses from other pipes

Yes, there is a swap video too. It's fl model so had M13A before, so nothing crazy

Thanks! It should be more ~160 I suppose. Never had a chance to do a top run (mainly because it's a city car) but managed to do 200 on a speedo with my r13 so should be ~180. I guess with 1.3 gearbox it will top out nearly 200.

There were some stock sections but now it all custom. There is another video at my chanel
What is the secondary pipe diameter? (4-2 is 35mm, 2-1 is ?, 1 to tail tip is 55mm)

@@jituicechill v1 had a resonator (fat and straight) at the end of exhaust. It's the best to have one in the far end of system

Will do a video some day 😀 now i have winter tires and they have crap traction. The best that I have on GPS is 9.2 (to 100kmh so 62mph) could go under 9 with better rubber

@@gommin9238 Swift is way better looking and better handling car though not so quirky. Wagon is choice of mine because I like weird and not popular cars (I also dig kei car philosophy) I guess any cheap car is most fun because of the "careless" fact. And in fact in case of FUN I wouldn't change it even to M5 or so 🤣

Yes about 1 sec to a 100 and some extra torque in mid revs (thought less torque on high revs as supposed to be with 4-2-1 header)

Do you got the 4wd ? What is with traction now?
Sadly 2wd but its still good if i could use good rubber. My winter ones are to narrow more like a hotdog not a tire 🤣 I can swap drivetrain from Igins with no problem in future but just not now.

@@garbagecargarage you should remap it and get it dyno’d to see it from 136bhp to what it is now mate would love to see that for a video with the m16a engine I’m getting my Suzuki remapped with a crackle tune , also going to be starting a TH-cam channel soon when I get a camera 👌🏻
