Very well-timed. I've very recently begun experiencing chronic pain and it's really weighing on me. Please pray that i can respond to this trial in a way that honors God, and that I can be healed of this pain. I will follow Him even if I am in pain for the rest of my life, but I admit I'm terrified of that fate, and I am struggling immensely with that fear. I'm trying to respond faithfully, but I'm trembling and weeping in response to God's no.
Good video, Mark. It's hard to stay faithful to God if you're young in faith and receive what feels like a harsh answer from Him but the key, I've learned, is to reflect then respond, not react. Everything God says has a deeper meaning as He is never cosmetic and superficial with His words and deeds. Point two is standing out to me, because it depicts the journey we go on as believers. When the children of Israel wandered the wilderness they did not have options, they only had God's provision: Manna from Heaven, water from the rock, clothing which was not outgrown nor worn out, a cloud by day to protect them from the sun and a pillar of fire by night to keep them warm. If they'd had options they'd have never been the witnesses and recipients of God's miraculous provision - that's a unique story to tell. Happy 4th, to the Ballenger Batch! On my knees I told Him that I surrender to Him and Him alone. Even though my situation seems hopeless, I will continue to pray to God for a partner who is ready to lose the world and gain Christ!
I'm sitting here in the park, doing my devotions because I'm so distraught over all the "no's" God keeps giving me. I keep feeling like, with all the horrible negative things that have happened in the past 10 years, that he would give me some sort of blessing and answer, but it never comes. This video really helped today. Especially point no. 1. I don't respond well to getting a "no" or a "wait" from God because I feel like I'm going to lose my mind. But God is faithful and He will get me through all of this pain, and I need to be patient and accepting of his will in my life. Thanks for this message. It was very helpful!!
Sister, God has a lot more to say to us than No and wait. I totally feel your pain though and can relate to this hurt you feel. We literally have to start doing what He says and start feeling the feelings that He says. We just have to be obedient to move out of ingrained ways of thinking, acting, feeling. It's uncomfortable, but I see multiple blessings on the horizon if we obey the prompting of the Holy Spirit. Be with people in places where the water flows and the fire is hot, even when that also has moments of discomfort. 🌱🌹

I know how to combat them, but sometimes I'm just too dang tired to even bother. I know there are blessings coming because he's shown them to me in the past and can do it again. It's just, I'm in a really weird mindset lately from all those darts and I'm having a hard time deflecting them.
@@karekorn78 I struggle similarly. You may likely be being groomed in leadership, in which case you will need to be proficient in warfare. Also caring for our bodies with regular exercise and eating biblically healthy and fasting are requirements, not optional, for certain people. 💝😊

I was super shy. But the Lord had other plans. I'm trying to jog, but it's not working well because I either have chronic fatigue or it's because my thyroid was removed a few years ago. I'm eating healthier because I'm pre-diabetes. And... you mentioned fasting. I learned a lot about it at a Bible study last year and did it for the 1st time and saw God move in an awesome way. So, it's so great to hear that all my trials aren't for nothing! You've been such an encouragement today - THANK you!

Lovely video, I had an opportunity to show faith in God by doing something but I opted out of it afraid that I wouldn’t be able to do it. I am afraid that I have pushed myself out of a blessing. What do I do, I’ve already apologised to God.
The Book of Jonah is an example of this. Jonah was called by God to preach judgement to and warn the Ninevites but he ran away from that task. God didn't forsake Jonah, instead He chased after him. If you truly feel that conviction to step out in faith however the opportunity arose, you will have a burning desire inside to do so and it may come up again.
I wish God could. Make this opioid addiction go away. The devil has poisoned so many people. In 25 years of a opioid pandemic. Keep praying. That is all we have to protect ourselves. Later.
