Ohio in general is such an underrated state. Cleveland especially should be more of a tourist destination.
For all of you haters out there……Cleveland has a world class symphony and art museum. The Emerald necklace surrounding the city is an amazing park system that is accessible to everyone. The Science Center and Rock and Roll Hall of Fame are on the lakeside in Downtown. Little Italy is a safe and historic area with many really wonderful restaurants. What about Playhouse Square ?Lake View cemetery is unique in many ways (do some research). I could go on and on. If you have lived in this area and are unaware of the attractions mentioned in the video, you have no one to blame but yourself.
Every big city has problems. Take pride in your city!

That's not surprising. Many people only visit city highlights when they are on vacation... in a different city!
Sometimes you just need to play "tourist" in your home town and discover what you have been missing.

Yes, the bike and hiking trails look good. There is also the Rock Hall of Fame, and the highly regarded Case Western Reserve University.
I love how it's all Westside stuff and then stuff that is 40 minutes out of Cleveland aka the metro parks

I get confused when people use a unit of time to define a distance. I suppose they normally mean "you can drive there in X minues" but that doesn't help me if I'm on my bike! 😅

For anyone wondering why you should visit the Edgewater park it's because of the beautiful airshows they host there.
In the market I was on that exact railing and I loved trying all the food!
Ever thing is good but from personal experience edge water park is good some days but no when it’s crowded
Don't forget on visiting the Rock and Roll Hall Fame, Cavs home arena "The Q", Guardians home field "Progressive Field", the many restaurants, bars, and clubs in Downtown CLE!

Hey don’t forget to visit 79th and union, take a nice drive down kinsman or woodland. Maybe spend a fun family day at the old sohio gas station for some great food and ebonics lessons.

You'll be fine. Cleveland clinic is right there in case of GSW or resuscitation. If all else fail, Lakeview cemetery is close by, then you save yourself a 100k medical bill.
This comment is a fair reminder to tourists that we still have alot of racist people and we are one of the most segregated cities in America.

Sad to hear. I live in a highly integrated and inclusive community in SoCal. We have a high disabled population here too with lots of services for them. Also, no homeless on the streets here, thanks to the local Salvation Army converting their building to a shelter. I know my community is unusual, but I hope that in the future that will be the norm, for Cleveland and everywhere!

It's not even the worst city in Ohio. Some people just love to hate Cleveland for various reasons. River fire, failed balloon release, and a host of urban problems common to most larger cities.
