As someone who is pretty good at Switch golf I couldn't help backseating but I bought this game after watching and wow getting the swing right is so hard. NL is actually pretty great at this IMO

The weight gain thing after being very athletic is real. I used to be a triathlete and hurt my back real bad. It was hard to stop eating 6000 calories a day.

From the sounds of the calories talk, NL should add some additional filler to his singular sandwich. Such as two extra slices of lunchmeat, or maybe an additional egg at breakfast, or an additional oz of protein at dinner to increase calories by a moderate amount with protein. I'm led to this idea because NL isn't complaining about low energy or hunger (matching his current bodily demand); therefor NL should add a small amount of additional protein to allow for increased muscle growth without necessarily allowing for increased fat storage.
