Some stuff you forgot:
1: TH-cam should not allow ads for R-rated movies to play when the user is CLEARLY under 18 (Google knows your information, this is dumb).
2: Pretty much anything animated could get marked as "made for kids" even if the channel said it is not when uploading it and YT has no respect for animators at all. There are cartoons out there made for adults and stuff like family guy clips end up on YT kids and that defeats the whole purpose of that app, rendering it completely useless.
3: Shorts are ruining people's attention span and yet nobody even makes money from shorts anyway so what's the point? Shorts are stupid and bad for you.
4: There was one short I saw that advertised a site and people in the comments were saying they got a virus from it, so that has to be banned.
5: The bots that copy people's comments and have their username and profile picture as "FREE ROBUX GIVEAWAY ON MY PROFILE" to take advantage of gullible kids.
6: Once again, the user is very clearly under the age of 18, so there should not be political ads playing saying "VOTE FOR THIS DUMMY or "VOTE FOR ME YA GULLIBLE PIECE OF SH-" (that was exaggerated but still, please don't give me ads about politics).
7: TH-camrs that actually deserve popularity don't get it, while channels like Cocomelon have over 200 million subscribers when they don't deserve it at all!

4. The Ads on TH-cam are an whole own Problem, lets just say some of the links do not only lead to virus sites.

TH-cam had been lying about giving most of ad revenue to youtubers instead it just went to Google (Who own youtube) This means that the money is going straight back to them. Therefore youtubers gain less and they earn more money

I think what's missing here is that TH-cam has removed monetization for Russian youtubers.
TH-cam may not exist without unstable ads as it wouldn’t be able to fund the creators without creators there would be no viewers. also, some of these problems are caused by the creators and not by themselves..
