I’m 68 yrs old. I’ve been into BTS since 2016. My musical taste prior to BTS was metal & emo indie. I’ve seen nearly every famous band live - Stones,Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Disturbed, Avenged Sevenfold, TOOL, Cannibal Corpse,etc. I saw BTS live in LA this past December-best show ever!! If you're a metal and rock fan, there are 2 songs you should definitely react to: - "Spring Day" is known as the Queen of all BTS songs. It is a Brit-Pop-like ballad which never left the Korean music charts since its release. Highly recommended to watch the MV with and without English subtitles + explanation video by Italian Army. - "Dionysus" is a banger if you really want to go the heavy metal route, though it's mixed with EDM and of course rap. A must watch is their performance during the 2019 MMAs (be careful of copyright though).

Saw them in 2019, 3 hours of non-stop energy. I’ve seen so many concerts in my 44 years but nothing compares to a BTS concert. They are masters of their trade.

OMG You should definitely watch their 2019 MMA Performance, it is a 30 min long performance for an award ceremony, yes an award ceremony and they performed many songs, you will get a glimpse of many types of songs, their live vocals, their personal styles and their incredible choreography! You will not regret it, it is by far one of the best performances ever! It is exactly the same as what they did in concerts!

You definitely should check out MMA 2019 - BUT... it's always best to wait a bit until you get to know them some more and also get to know more of their songs. Then you'll be able to jam with it and appreciate it so much more. They debuted in 2013 so think of all that's happened before 2019. It'd be best to see some of their journey beforehand. Great reactions by the way - open, genuine and not at all boring (how can you say it's boring) - you have so much energy and are yelling some of the time, haha. Even calm reactors who barely move are nice to watch if you vibe with them and see that they're really taking in what they're watching. Hope to see more.

I've been hearing about BTS since at least 2016 because friends were fans, but I was one of the people who said it sucked without even really listening to their music. It was only last year in 2021 so 5 years later that I decided to give them a chance and now my biggest regret is that I didn't do it sooner. The phase of discovering the group, their music and personalities was a very joyful period of my life. I'm glad to see that more and more people decide to give them a chance!
I have the same story as you! I had friends who loved them since wings and so I'd heard a few songs that they liked but just dismissed them as another boyband. Boy, was I wrong. Finally gave them a chance in 2020 quarantine and felt like I've definitely been missing out for years.
Same story here, except I didn't check out BTS sooner cause Big Bang was my fave group back when I was in high school (2009-2013) and I bought into the idea that BTS was copying Big Bang and thought there was no way BTS was as good. I regret letting that thought dissuade me from giving BTS a chance. To be fair I stopped listening to kpop altogether at around the time that BTS debuted cause all my korean friends went to other universities, but since 2019 I've been hearing BTS in the news so I did lose a few years of being a fan due to my ignorance

If you wanna see a live performance I recommend this one.. It's called IDOL and it's like a clap back at haters and trash talkers.. Some ppl watch the MV and think it's too chaotic but that's because they don't know what it's about and all the hidden meanings. Mic Drop was the 2nd BTS song I ever listened to so it holds a special place in my heart. And yes they perform like that for almost 3 hours. Not every song they do choreography for but they are always running or jumping around on stage, unless it's a ballad and yes they sing live too. BTS trained for years singing while running on a treadmill to build their stamina. And you are correct so many people criticize BTS without ever giving them a fair chance.
They are hands down the BEST live performers I’ve ever seen. And I’ve seen some of the best live stage performers in our time. Definitely react to ON Kinectic Manifesto Film. The scope of the types of music they do is amazing. How do they perform for 2.5 hours (on average) without an opening act? They mix it up with solos, film, talking to the fans, & melodies with limited dance. They are geniuses. Even so, there have been incidents backstage where some of them collapsed only to push through & finish the concert. Their dedication & work ethic has no rival. I am a silver ARMY. BTS fans spread across all age groups. Their largest fanbase is 30 to 40 year olds. Watch ON, but then consider watching at least one of several documentaries that explain who they are. You can do this on your own. RM was the guy who popped out of the EMS vehicle spitting bars in English. He has an IQ of 148 and is the group's leader. Oldest to youngest you have Jin (vocals), Suga (rapper), RM (rapper/leader), J Hope (rapper), Jimin, V, & Jungkook (all vocals). There are many other subunits. Dance line being the most prominent. Bro, I completely relate to you. Although I’ve been an ARMY for five years I couldn’t believe the way they pass the lead so quickly and dance their asses off. I’ve now seen them in five concerts and one TV show live - they go so hard for 2 1/2 hours in their concerts it’ll melt your f***ng face off. Every performance is different; they never play it safe. They don’t have an opening act or a couple of opening acts, it’s all them for 2 1/2 hours solid. I’m just laughing because it’s some thing that I can’t explain to you. BTS is so beloved in every country in the world not only because they are insanely talented, but also because they are the best humans you can imagine. To make your head explode even more, they all write ✍️ almost all of their songs and a few of them are amazing producers. One is a talented filmmaker & even directed one of their recent MVs. It goes on & on with their skills & talent. Finally, believe it or not they are humble human beings who can be very savage and brave when it comes to injustice or violence against the young or women. According to estimates I’ve heard from places like the UN, there are somewhere between 50-90 MILLION ARMYs in the world who love BTS with all their hearts. 💜

I discovered BTS seeing them on SNL in Spring of 2019. They did Boy With Luv and Mic Drop. Two so completely different songs and I loved them both. I asked my son, who is this?? and started to look up stuff about them and the rest is history. I flew from Virginia to LA last November over Thanksgiving weekend to see them in concert and they do keep up that energy the WHOLE concert. They are AMAZING! I hope you keep enjoying them, they have been such a great comfort to me over the pandemic. Thank God for BTS! Saved me! Have fun!! They generally perform about 26 or 27 songs in their concerts, which generally last over 2 1/2 hours and they dance, sing, rap and perform throughout their concerts. It's amazing and like nothing I've ever seen before. The rap line (RM, Suga & J-Hope) have a number of songs, including 4 Cyphers that are straight FIRE!

They are passionate, authentic, and are honest with everything they do. The humblest people, and the most caring people. I was at their PTD on Stage concert in LA, it was amazing and very impressive, they give 100% percent at all times and go so hard throughout the show with very short breaks to do wardrobe changes. Truly awe inspiring and I believe currently they put on the best concerts in the world. They really make musical and performance masterpieces while being very involved in producing, writing and composing for most of their music. I hope you keep reacting to them, you won't regret it! Yes, every live stage/performance is like this, fireworks, dancing, live vocals and rap, the outfits.. BTS is practically the best performer of this entire decade ( the past decade too ). I dont see any other artist doing it like this, NO WESTERN artist that i know of, maybe other KPOP acts (bands), since these artists get trained like BTS did. BUT right now BTS is the biggest of them all.

I am a 57 year old ARMY and I have been blessed to attend 2 of their concerts. I have been to many concerts in my life and BTS were the best concerts I have EVER been to!!! They give 120% of themselves. I don’t know how they do it, but damn! I am already saving money because I believe there will be a come back concert after they are all out of the Military and I have got to see them at least one more time in my old age!!! It would be really cool if u would like to check out one of their live performances too :) 12:36 BRUHH YES THEY DO, they don't lipsync, sometimes they have intense choreos during their singing parts as u can see but in those cases they do use backing track. (Their mics are always on, so most parts of the sing you can clearly hear their voices over it) Yes they do have a lot of energy on stage but sadly they sometimes overwork themselves for it. (Another funfact: they used to practice running and singing at the same time and keep their voice stable) One of the things I like about BTS is that they really show the audience what they got. Yk they can be like "yeah the paid for my concert tickets anyway no need to go that hard" instead they literally rather peform at the verge of fainting on stage than stop the peformance (this acctually happend more than once) I really respect them for it. (Note: I remember Jungkook (one of the bts members) being super tired while having a mini break during their concert he said "AHH I CANT LOSE TO ARMYY" really excited bc if u think about it the crown is screaming and yelling for like 2 hours straight too) - reccomandation: The song that BTS got me with was "Fake love". Both the music video and live peformance are next level, (literally tho, de dance, vocals and rap parts-) so it would be cool if u check that one out :)

The bit you said at the end about the museum reminded me of their video Blood, Sweat & Tears, which is also amazing! As for hard rap, I think you’d like Ugh, but definitely look into the explanation video on it, too, since it helps dissect the meaning behind it. Hip Hop Phile is another good one! During their concerts they usualy have choreo for like 70% of the songs. The concerts are around 2,5 hours long but they also have one solo song each mixed in so the other members can rest a little.
Yes they dance like that in their concerts. They go off in their live performances. They work so hard that most of the time they up passing out from exhaustion and lack of oxygen from how hard they dance. There are seven members, four vocalists and three rappers. They have some solo songs within their albums or subgroup songs and the rappers have mixtapes that they have released for free and are amazing. They don’t have heavy metal songs but I think Dionysus would be the closest thing. It’s such a hard song and the choreo is also insane. For rap I would recommend ugh or tear because they are insane

I’m 68 yrs old. I’ve been into BTS since 2016. My musical taste prior to BTS was metal & emo indie. I’ve seen nearly every famous band live - Stones,Black Sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Metallica, Disturbed, Avenged Sevenfold, TOOL, Cannibal Corpse,etc. I saw BTS live in LA this past December-best show ever!! The energy & talent is astonishing. They have 50 million fans for a reason.

If you're a metal and rock fan, there are 2 songs you should definitely react to:
- "Spring Day" is known as the Queen of all BTS songs. It is a Brit-Pop-like ballad which never left the Korean music charts since its release. Highly recommended to watch the MV with and without English subtitles + explanation video by Italian Army.
- "Dionysus" is a banger if you really want to go the heavy metal route, though it's mixed with EDM and of course rap. A must watch is their performance during the 2019 MMAs (be careful of copyright though).

Saw them in 2019, 3 hours of non-stop energy. I’ve seen so many concerts in my 44 years but nothing compares to a BTS concert. They are masters of their trade.

OMG You should definitely watch their 2019 MMA Performance, it is a 30 min long performance for an award ceremony, yes an award ceremony and they performed many songs, you will get a glimpse of many types of songs, their live vocals, their personal styles and their incredible choreography! You will not regret it, it is by far one of the best performances ever! It is exactly the same as what they did in concerts!

You definitely should check out MMA 2019 - BUT... it's always best to wait a bit until you get to know them some more and also get to know more of their songs. Then you'll be able to jam with it and appreciate it so much more. They debuted in 2013 so think of all that's happened before 2019. It'd be best to see some of their journey beforehand. Great reactions by the way - open, genuine and not at all boring (how can you say it's boring) - you have so much energy and are yelling some of the time, haha. Even calm reactors who barely move are nice to watch if you vibe with them and see that they're really taking in what they're watching. Hope to see more.

I've been hearing about BTS since at least 2016 because friends were fans, but I was one of the people who said it sucked without even really listening to their music. It was only last year in 2021 so 5 years later that I decided to give them a chance and now my biggest regret is that I didn't do it sooner. The phase of discovering the group, their music and personalities was a very joyful period of my life. I'm glad to see that more and more people decide to give them a chance!
I have the same story as you! I had friends who loved them since wings and so I'd heard a few songs that they liked but just dismissed them as another boyband. Boy, was I wrong. Finally gave them a chance in 2020 quarantine and felt like I've definitely been missing out for years.
Same story here, except I didn't check out BTS sooner cause Big Bang was my fave group back when I was in high school (2009-2013) and I bought into the idea that BTS was copying Big Bang and thought there was no way BTS was as good. I regret letting that thought dissuade me from giving BTS a chance. To be fair I stopped listening to kpop altogether at around the time that BTS debuted cause all my korean friends went to other universities, but since 2019 I've been hearing BTS in the news so I did lose a few years of being a fan due to my ignorance

Mic Drop was the 2nd BTS song I ever listened to so it holds a special place in my heart. And yes they perform like that for almost 3 hours. Not every song they do choreography for but they are always running or jumping around on stage, unless it's a ballad and yes they sing live too. BTS trained for years singing while running on a treadmill to build their stamina. And you are correct so many people criticize BTS without ever giving them a fair chance.

Welcome to the positive energy that is BTS. We are used to first time reactors being gob smacked. We love it. Hard rap...Deachwita, Joke, UGH...many more. The 3 rappers are brilliant. Definitely react to ON Kinectic Manifesto Film. The scope of the types of music they do is amazing. How do they perform for 2.5 hours (on average) without an opening act? They mix it up with solos, film, talking to the fans, & melodies with limited dance. They are geniuses. Even so, there have been incidents backstage where some of them collapsed only to push through & finish the concert. Their dedication & work ethic has no rival. I am a silver ARMY. BTS fans spread across all age groups. Their largest fanbase is 30 to 40 year olds. Watch ON, but then consider watching at least one of several documentaries that explain who they are. You can do this on your own. RM was the guy who popped out of the EMS vehicle spitting bars in English. He has an IQ of 148 and is the group's leader. Oldest to youngest you have Jin (vocals), Suga (rapper), RM (rapper/leader), J Hope (rapper), Jimin, V, & Jungkook (all vocals). There are many other subunits. Dance line being the most prominent. Bro, I completely relate to you. Although I’ve been an ARMY for five years I couldn’t believe the way they pass the lead so quickly and dance their asses off. I’ve now seen them in five concerts and one TV show live - they go so hard for 2 1/2 hours in their concerts it’ll melt your f***ng face off. Every performance is different; they never play it safe. They don’t have an opening act or a couple of opening acts, it’s all them for 2 1/2 hours solid. I’m just laughing because it’s some thing that I can’t explain to you. BTS is so beloved in every country in the world not only because they are insanely talented, but also because they are the best humans you can imagine. To make your head explode even more, they all write ✍️ almost all of their songs and a few of them are amazing producers. One is a talented filmmaker & even directed one of their recent MVs. It goes on & on with their skills & talent. Finally, believe it or not they are humble human beings who can be very savage and brave when it comes to injustice or violence against the young or women. According to estimates I’ve heard from places like the UN, there are somewhere between 50-90 MILLION ARMYs in the world who love BTS with all their hearts. 💜

I discovered BTS seeing them on SNL in Spring of 2019. They did Boy With Luv and Mic Drop. Two so completely different songs and I loved them both. I asked my son, who is this?? and started to look up stuff about them and the rest is history. I flew from Virginia to LA last November over Thanksgiving weekend to see them in concert and they do keep up that energy the WHOLE concert. They are AMAZING! I hope you keep enjoying them, they have been such a great comfort to me over the pandemic. Thank God for BTS! Saved me! Have fun!! One of the best reactions to the boys I've seen in a very long time. Feeling like a proud mom, watching him fidgeting reminded me of myself when I first got to know BTS.
They generally perform about 26 or 27 songs in their concerts, which generally last over 2 1/2 hours and they dance, sing, rap and perform throughout their concerts. It's amazing and like nothing I've ever seen before. The rap line (RM, Suga & J-Hope) have a number of songs, including 4 Cyphers that are straight FIRE!
The man you were talking about who's about to kick some ass is actually the LEADER of BTS and he is KIM NAMJOON aka RM, the actual backbone of BTS. HUGE RESPECT

You will end up going down a rabbit hole. Once you start you want more and more. BTS found me 5 years ago and I’ve never looked back. They are great live. They are great people with huge hearts and love their Army/fans. 💜

I reacted the same way when I started listening to them a couple months ago. They are some of the most talented, diverse and creative artists. Dynamite, Butter and Permission to Dance are all in English and are so much fun. They do so many types of music it's mind blowing. Keep watching them, you will have so much fun!

I saw them live back in 2018, it's the best concert I have ever been to! They dance and sing live really well and the crowd energy is unlike any other!!
They perform the choreography and all in live performances all the time, 100% of the time. They put a lot of hours and energy into their craft. Whether it be singing, dancing, producing, writing, interacting with fans, concerts, everything, etc. i love them so much for it. They are passionate, authentic, and are honest with everything they do. The humblest people, and the most caring people. They are amazing performers and artists but hugely just amazing relatable people. Trust me, they are the easiest band to get into I’d say and the hardest to leave. Once u get into bts, you never can leave truly. No one compares. They have songs of every genre. And they are highly dissed on because of them being a boy band from Asia. They give nothing but positivity and get alot of hate for no reason, thank you for putting those first thoughts you had about them and decided to actually listen. welcome to bts💜

I was at their PTD on Stage concert in LA, it was amazing and very impressive, they give 100% percent at all times and go so hard throughout the show with very short breaks to do wardrobe changes. Truly awe inspiring and I believe currently they put on the best concerts in the world.
They really make musical and performance masterpieces while being very involved in producing, writing and composing for most of their music.

Yes, every live stage/performance is like this, fireworks, dancing, live vocals and rap, the outfits.. BTS is practically the best performer of this entire decade ( the past decade too ). I dont see any other artist doing it like this, NO WESTERN artist that i know of, maybe other KPOP acts (bands), since these artists get trained like BTS did. BUT right now BTS is the biggest of them all.
I’m 68 yrs old and they are my most favorite group. They are so multi talented and I love the way that they sing and dance😄

I am a 57 year old ARMY and I have been blessed to attend 2 of their concerts.
I have been to many concerts in my life and BTS were the best concerts I have EVER been to!!! They give 120% of themselves. I don’t know how they do it, but damn! I am already saving money because I believe there will be a come back concert after they are all out of the Military and I have got to see them at least one more time in my old age!!! They are # 1 on my bucket list. Well really they are the only things on my bucket list.

Your reactions really do seem genuine and I love how open u are for them!! It would be really cool if u would like to check out one of their live performances too :) 12:36 BRUHH YES THEY DO, they don't lipsync, sometimes they have intense choreos during their singing parts as u can see but in those cases they do use backing track. (Their mics are always on, so most parts of the sing you can clearly hear their voices over it) Yes they do have a lot of energy on stage but sadly they sometimes overwork themselves for it. (Another funfact: they used to practice running and singing at the same time and keep their voice stable)
One of the things I like about BTS is that they really show the audience what they got. Yk they can be like "yeah the paid for my concert tickets anyway no need to go that hard" instead they literally rather peform at the verge of fainting on stage than stop the peformance (this acctually happend more than once) I really respect them for it. (Note: I remember Jungkook (one of the bts members) being super tired while having a mini break during their concert he said "AHH I CANT LOSE TO ARMYY" really excited bc if u think about it the crown is screaming and yelling for like 2 hours straight too)
- reccomandation: The song that BTS got me with was "Fake love". Both the music video and live peformance are next level, (literally tho, de dance, vocals and rap parts-) so it would be cool if u check that one out :)

You won't find another group like these 7 amazing men from South Korea. You should watch their best dance breaks. The synchronisation is epic. MAMA 2019 they had a slot and they made it count. The bit you said at the end about the museum reminded me of their video Blood, Sweat & Tears, which is also amazing! As for hard rap, I think you’d like Ugh, but definitely look into the explanation video on it, too, since it helps dissect the meaning behind it. Hip Hop Phile is another good one! That guy is RM, the leader of the group & main rapper 💜 He can speak English fluently.
During their concerts they usualy have choreo for like 70% of the songs. The concerts are around 2,5 hours long but they also have one solo song each mixed in so the other members can rest a little.
I love watching them live. They sing and dance the whole time! The dance breaks live are Hella good!

Yes they dance like that in their concerts. They go off in their live performances. They work so hard that most of the time they up passing out from exhaustion and lack of oxygen from how hard they dance. There are seven members, four vocalists and three rappers. They have some solo songs within their albums or subgroup songs and the rappers have mixtapes that they have released for free and are amazing. They don’t have heavy metal songs but I think Dionysus would be the closest thing. It’s such a hard song and the choreo is also insane. For rap I would recommend ugh or tear because they are insane
