I found BTS in 2014, after my son died. I no longer wanted to live. They saved my life. I am 68 years old, and will be "Silver Army" for the rest of my life. I have watched many reactions to their videos, and I must say, you are the best. No unnecessary talking and stopping. You don't have to, all I have to do is look at your face to know how you are feeling. You can tell BTS hits you from your "permagrin", your feels, your heart, all the way to your soul. I wanna add something, there is another theory that say actually JK represented Hades. There is a story in Greek Mythology that tell us one time, Hades went into River of Styx, which is one of the five rivers that exist in underground world of Hades, and played around a little while. I don't remember the whole story but when we compare Jungkook's clothes, it is quite a match with this story. We always saw Hades with black or dark color clothes in stories while Poseidon prefers brighter colors. So, I wanna add this for another pov. Crazy to see how much he already loves BTS and he didn’t even check out any interviews or videos about their personalities off stage! Yes their genuineness does come across in their music but once you actually get to know them, and you realise who they are as human beings, how they carry themselves, how humble and caring they are..it’s over you’re trapped for good 😂
you really don't need to watch interviews and that stuff to love them. their music and performances are so good at showing how amazing they are already. their personalities are just gonna make you love them even more and beyond just the music

Crazy was a poor choice of word, I think it's beautiful to see how much he connects with their music, their message and how much of an impact BTS' music can have on people. It just takes me back emotionally to when I first discovered them and love to see people experiencing what I experienced it's pretty amazing and fascinating to me everytime! I'll never belittle their music and that's the 1st reason why I am a fan myself! They are just all around artists, amazing humans and he just barely scratched the surface but I remember that once I added that layer, their music just hit me even more! honestly them performing their old songs from when the industry didn't respect them when normally on these award shows you perform your new stuff is a big move and it adds so much fun to it too lol. I too have seen everything from A-Z and BTS are by Far the best performers. They can make a 2 hour concert seem like a 30 minute concert and that’s because time flys when you’re having that much fun!
Completely understand! Metallica and Iron Maiden are some of the greatest bands that I've ever seen live but this was like nothing I've ever seen! This was mind blowing!

Yes, they are genuine. Their songs comes from their heart, even if it’s in non-Korean language; they all have meanings. They aren’t perfect but they truly take the word “idol” to heart and live their lives to their fullest in the most positive way while inspiring others to do the same💜

I think each intro represents like a different bts era. I think the theme WHO I AM or PERSONA is a clue to say they were great in the beginning people just didnt know them and to say also they havent changed n they are still great now but now people know of them. Thats why theyre are showing us intros and performances from 2014 in 2019 doing the same jumps and difficult performances they did when they were younger and still nailing them now 5 years later. To show the ney sayers BTS is epic. Some of us who dont know their earlier work might think were listening to a new song that is great and amazing but in reality its a song from when they first debuted years ago 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Jimin’s solo dance stole the show imo! He was amazing! Iconic performance. It was the only solo dance that was live (meaning not pre-recorded). Poor Jimin he basically performed almost that entire 45 minutes.
They had the most win of the night. Also that year they had 'award sweep' taking all four main awards of the show! Both in this award show and another big one called MMAs. 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜

And to add, I discovered BTS in Jan 2022. (53 yr old / USA / female) I am completely immersed in BTS. They’ve gotten me thru a rough time. I also think it’s notable that they are not singing about sex, profanity or violence. I’m not a prude; that music is great too, BUT it’s notable that their songs are appropriate for any age. That’s why ARMY is so huge and composed of all types of people. The light sticks they have are called army bombs. 💜
There's a thing called concert depression after their concerts. They will do a 2 hour concert and you still want more. Watching them live is an amazing experience. I hope you'll be able to see them one day 💜💜💜💜
They always TAKE OVER at award shows, but this was right before their 7th anniversary so it was a huge deal and they went bigger than they ever had!! If you wanna see more I recommend you react to MAMA 2016, MAMA 2018-2020, and MMA 2018 and 2020 cause they're all insane!! 💜💜💜

50:05 - You were pondering on what it was about BTS that made that performance feel both exhausting and exhilarating at the same time... I have a theory. Bangtan has been on record many times saying that their live performances are gifts to ARMY... that it's their way of saying thank you for always supporting them and being there for them even when the whole world didn't believe in them... even when they didn't believe in themselves. And when you craft a gift of appreciation like that, it is carefully curated with all your love and good intentions and gratitude behind it. It's to convey a message that comes straight from their heart. That's why I think they always give it their all, leaving their heart and sweat and blood and tears on that stage because who knows when they will ever get to perform again in front of these exact people? For some, going to 1 BTS concert is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and if that is the case, wouldn't you feel the need to put on the best damn show you could muster? Idk, that's what I think anyway. I have so much respect for their work ethic and humbleness... I feel like there is almost this need to prove to ARMY that their support and devotion will not be squandered or taken advantage of. BTS is good that way...never forgetting where they came from, the people that got them where they are today, always giving back to those less fortunate, and never settling for the status quo regarding their work. I found BTS in 2014, after my son died. I no longer wanted to live. They saved my life. I am 68 years old, and will be "Silver Army" for the rest of my life. I have watched many reactions to their videos, and I must say, you are the best. No unnecessary talking and stopping. You don't have to, all I have to do is look at your face to know how you are feeling. You can tell BTS hits you from your "permagrin", your feels, your heart, all the way to your soul. Athena is the goddess of battle strategy and wisdom, not victory - Nike is the godess of Victory. Athena is more probable because Jin was on a Trojan horse. The idea of using a Trojan horse to defeat Troy was Athena's idea. Also Jin wore white while Ares is associated with the color red (blood and carnage).
I wanna add something, there is another theory that say actually JK represented Hades. There is a story in Greek Mythology that tell us one time, Hades went into River of Styx, which is one of the five rivers that exist in underground world of Hades, and played around a little while. I don't remember the whole story but when we compare Jungkook's clothes, it is quite a match with this story. We always saw Hades with black or dark color clothes in stories while Poseidon prefers brighter colors.

Crazy was a poor choice of word, I think it's beautiful to see how much he connects with their music, their message and how much of an impact BTS' music can have on people. What is BTS Universe? I'm super new to them and haven't heard of that yet.
These guys work so hard that when they were acting like sleeping, one of them (Taehyung) was really sleeping and not pretending. They are so hard working and that's one of the infinite reasons why I love them

I think each intro represents like a different bts era. I think the theme WHO I AM or PERSONA is a clue to say they were great in the beginning people just didnt know them and to say also they havent changed n they are still great now but now people know of them. Thats why theyre are showing us intros and performances from 2014 in 2019 doing the same jumps and difficult performances they did when they were younger and still nailing them now 5 years later. To show the ney sayers BTS is epic. Some of us who dont know their earlier work might think were listening to a new song that is great and amazing but in reality its a song from when they first debuted years ago 💜💜💜💜💜💜💜
Jimin’s solo dance stole the show imo! He was amazing! Iconic performance. It was the only solo dance that was live (meaning not pre-recorded). Poor Jimin he basically performed almost that entire 45 minutes.

I am completely immersed in BTS. They’ve gotten me thru a rough time. I also think it’s notable that they are not singing about sex, profanity or violence. I’m not a prude; that music is great too, BUT it’s notable that their songs are appropriate for any age. That’s why ARMY is so huge and composed of all types of people.
The light sticks they have are called army bombs. 💜
My twin sister was at that show shortly before she passed, she had such a brilliant time, lost her voice bloody screamin' xD
There's a thing called concert depression after their concerts. They will do a 2 hour concert and you still want more. Watching them live is an amazing experience. I hope you'll be able to see them one day 💜💜💜💜
They always TAKE OVER at award shows, but this was right before their 7th anniversary so it was a huge deal and they went bigger than they ever had!! If you wanna see more I recommend you react to MAMA 2016, MAMA 2018-2020, and MMA 2018 and 2020 cause they're all insane!! 💜💜💜

Bangtan has been on record many times saying that their live performances are gifts to ARMY... that it's their way of saying thank you for always supporting them and being there for them even when the whole world didn't believe in them... even when they didn't believe in themselves. And when you craft a gift of appreciation like that, it is carefully curated with all your love and good intentions and gratitude behind it. It's to convey a message that comes straight from their heart. That's why I think they always give it their all, leaving their heart and sweat and blood and tears on that stage because who knows when they will ever get to perform again in front of these exact people? For some, going to 1 BTS concert is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, and if that is the case, wouldn't you feel the need to put on the best damn show you could muster? Idk, that's what I think anyway. I have so much respect for their work ethic and humbleness... I feel like there is almost this need to prove to ARMY that their support and devotion will not be squandered or taken advantage of. BTS is good that way...never forgetting where they came from, the people that got them where they are today, always giving back to those less fortunate, and never settling for the status quo regarding their work. And it shows in every single performance they put on. Just watch the dance practice they did for this performance... it is meticulous! And it has to be in order to meet their own standards. I am an English ARMY and have been since 2015. I was so lucky to them live at Wembley and just back from seeing them in Vegas. If they do come back to England I will there front and centre.
