Hi dear, the timing for espresso shot normally between 25 to 35 second based on your taste. And the ratio around 1:2

@@aldarwish92 thank you for sharing. I just had that impression, that you should start the timer when the water hits the puck, and now when the first drip of coffee hits the cup?
But i guess it all comes Down to, What you prefere :-)
