gradually, over the course of 10 years. or 9 years and 10 months and a little bit, as of now. even when vanguard G was happening, they had clan-specific mechanics - now, the playstyle of any given ride line could have a keyword associated with an action if bushiroad decides it calls for one.
Wait why wouldn’t the dude on the left attack with both vairinas first? If the vanguard can stand both those units you’d get more out of it if you attacked with nirvana third. It’s the difference between 4 attacks and 5 attacks

This legitimately feels staged. I built the exact same deck Cardprotag used in this and played roughly 20 games with it at my locals, it consistently lost 1-2 turns before getting to the OT turn, mostly due to lack of shield. I'm considering that the Dragontree cards are unnecessarily spendy for what they actually do in a tournament setting even at the locals level. Some might just call it a skill issue if they're looking to troll, but I'd legitimately ask them to try it out and see for themselves.
