@@ДенисПистолетов-ф9н Yep the paste seems fine, for some intense workloads like machine learning, I had mine reach 75C almost. But a repaste for yours might drop the degrees by 2-3. Too bad that VRAMS do not have thermal pads for this model.

No worries! This card can still be viable for intro to intermediate graphics with a matching CPU.

How many millimeters should the thermal pad be?
For this particular model, there is no thermal pads needed. But for your particular GPU, you can google the optimal thermal pad thickness.

What was it u used to clean the old thermal paste, water?
It was isopropyl alcohol, I would not advise using water
