I've prepared by redownloading grim dawn and waiting for a sale. I'm sick of paying while all the streamers get it free. This won't stop until consumers say no. We actually pay give us free ish. Not the online pan handlers with Webcam. Nope. Sorry blizzard you're not getting my money.
I'm probably the only one that wants to do the side quest to me interacting with NPCs is like meeting the neighbors it helps to add life to the game.

@@lonmeasley752 amazing. One of the best arpgs out and a new expansion is coming out soon. Idk when exactly but def give it a try. The build variety is pretty insane and there is so much to do. So much content and they just added an evade function so it opened up so much. Def recommend GD, amazing arpg.
My tip is that you probably shouldn't play until it comes out all your items are going to be worthless is there changing all the item powers and weapons
Yeah farming new stuff right now isn't going to help too much other than maybe help you level faster! But I wonder if any of the current glyph XP will carry over.
Does get them familiar with the game and the classes what will be recommended etc and if they want to follow a guide of sorts or just play through like most of us. Also regardless how you feel about it do the story it’s worth it to understand at least the intended significance. Plus it’s required at l least once anyway
@@lonmeasley752who actually plays eternal realm, I haven’t since pre season 1 nor have I seen a friend on my list play it.
@@WishlockPSN I actually found myself enjoying it a bit during season 5, just because there isn't really a "seasonal mechanic" that my Eternal realm characters would be excluded from and I can just continue off of my old characters instead of starting a new character (class) and just build them up from there. I went into it with the goal of being able to gear up other classes more quickly for making TH-cam videos, but actually found myself enjoying the process :D
@@lonmeasley752 all gear season 3 or below was marked as legacy and that is gonna happen again come season 6.
For anyone coming back to the game make sure you've done all your Altars of Lilith and unlocked all your regional renown bonuses as they carry over to all characters. Additionally playing now can also just refresh your familiarity with certain systems even though yes I know some of them are changing, can still be helpful to some players. I know veterans in this game can be pretty snobby so I hope newer players find some of this info helpful and don't get deterred by naysayers and elitists. See y'all in the DLC!

what i did to "prepare" was stock up on 545k obscilite, gathered 99.9b cap gold, cap out on all materials, farmed a total of 531 sparks to spam for 4ga ubers, masterworked all 4ga uniques on ideal affixes, masterworked weapon throw and quake / twisters items (with missin only the new double chance tempers ofc) to lvl up Barb from lvl 50 to lvl 60 and did same for new WW Rogue for 50-60 lvlin. Filled up the rest of my 271 free slots in stash and mule characters with 8.550 distilled fear and 5.000 blood. Yeap that's how i "prepared".

Mine is not play the game till the expansion. I have maxed out renown and all the Lilith statues already since base game. And I’ve killed uber Lilith a few times this season even carried some. I think I’m ready
And plan out some builds I wanna try in the expansion.

The level cap is being reduced to level 60, not being raised. Also the item power is also being reduced to 800 max. Just wanted to correct the misinformation, otherwise I enjoyed the video.
well max lvl atm is 50...since after that its paragons.

@@SirAuron20 What are you talking about? Up to level 50 you get skill points. After that, you get paragon points, but level cap currently is level 100.
Lvl cap was 50 the new lvl cap is 60
His point still holds. Legacy gear will be quickly outclassed by the ilvl 750/800 gear. Clear out your stashes or don’t worry about it and only play seasonal realm.
Don't play it until you see what it's about and if they finally made it fun. Don't let them fool you again.

Yeah, I think so! New players -may- need to play the prologue but I'm not entirely sure!
My guy said lighting spear gonna still be good next season 😂when that shit got 5 nerfs 💀lighting spear is not gonna be good next season the way it’s looking folks. Yeah but to be fair it was still good on the PTR, but just announced that it got nerfed with the developer update that only came out hours ago! Good nerf though, IMO, and it may yet not be completely unsalvageable (maybe one can combine it with Chain Lightning or other Conjurations).

Hmm Akarat is the name of a lore figure in Diablo, but I'm not sure what you're referring to here!
Tenets of Akarat are similar to Altars of Lilith and will only be found in the new region of the expansion.

Even in the original base game, you had to complete the campaign at least once before being given the option to skip it in future seasons. Same goes for the Expansion. You need to play through the expansion and complete it at least once before being able to skip it in the future. Besides, the campaign explains all the new mechanics and modes etc. Why would you want to skip that the first time through only to find yourself back in TH-cam comments asking strangers how to do A, B, and C?
