Great video. I took delivery of mine March 27 ( same exact version as you - white on white with upgraded wheels ) and this car far exceeds my expectations. So fun and easy to drive.
Thanks Josh! Right?! This car is the only car that makes you want to learn about it more and has so many cool and hidden features. Even makes you want to make TH-cam videos!
Wow! congrats to your new car! anyways, do you have any plans to convert your steering wheel into yoke steering wheel ? if you are interested, just reply here, thankyou!
I ordered mine in July 21 and picked it up in September 21. I got the Performance edition and holy shit, it blew my mind! Now almost 1 year later I still enjoy every single minute while being in the car. In my city there are several supermarkets where I can charge for free so I use the time it's plugged in to watch my favorite shows on Netflix or Disney+ or take a long walk. Best car I ever had in my car!
I love my model 3! got a black-on-black, long range, FSDC, with 19" sport wheels march 8 and it surpasses my expectation when it comes to acceleration, safety and versatility. I'm going to big sur soon to camp and get in touch with nature and I'm excited not just for the scenic route but majorly im because going to use my car as a tent with my dogs. purchased the blow-up bed specifically for model 3! big thanx to CAMP mode!
The 10 reasons are spot on! I had a 2018 LR for 3.5 years before selling it last October. I made great money. Resale value is amazing on teslas. Placed my order for a new one - expecting delivery sometime in August. Hopefully sooner!🙏
Congratulations! Sold my 2019 to get new 2022. Can’t wait for next Saturday delivery. Had ordered it back in September so paying $6k less for my build than what id be paying if ordered today. My 2019 was the best car I ever had and now can’t wait for my new one with all the improvements made like dual pane glass, ryzen chip, heat pump, interior refinements, matrix led headlights, power trunk and Im prob forgetting some things. So pumped and for anyone thinking about buying one… do it. You’ll definitely be happy you did every time you go for a drive. I know that Ive been excited to drive mine ever since getting it almost 3 years ago to the day.
I love that knowing we can sell our model 3 in the future cause the value is so good so we can upgrade! Gonna be doing that too for the future. Ooh let’s do it for the cyber truck!!! Btw how much did you sell your 2019 and how many miles did it have? How was your battery? What percentage do you keep it at?!
@@CameraToFreedom I sold my 2020 SR+ white on white for $45k in Feb. It had 32k miles. I’m already thinking about selling my other 2021 SR+ wonw w 15k miles. Someone offered me 54k for it so I can get the 2022.
@@codlivestudios yeah people are paying more for a used Tesla since it take so long to get one. You’ll have to wait so long to get your Tesla but it’s a fun way to upgrade if you have another car to use til then. I’m gonna do the same next year!
@@CameraToFreedom Yeah I have 3 other Y’s cause I rent them on turo so I’ll be “okay” 😂 and it’s looking like July-Sep rn for the model 3. I ordered another Y performance a couple days ago and I already have a May 2 - May 25 delivery window.
@@codlivestudios what?! You are the man! That is so cool! Are you making profit? Is it a hassle running Turo business? Has the Y been reliable renting it out all the time?
Thank you for providing a genuine /authentic reasons for getting a EV ( Tesla) . I'm stoked for my upcoming Y and 3 delivery in Oct. Getting prep for charging is my next priorities.
Congrats Peter on your Tesla! Dang man you’re getting both Y and the 3?! Life is good man! Here is a video of mine talking about charging and KWH th-cam.com/video/XfsrtGINFt8/w-d-xo.html
I love how realistic you are. How do you say I know it’s illegal but sometimes you have to. People would be lying if seen they never look down at their phones.
Right?! Even my wife was telling that I shouldn’t have said that but I told her ‘you text me all the time while I’m driving! You want me to ignore you?!’ 😂
I just ordered my Model 3 a few days ago. I can’t wait for delivery. I also calculated the amount of $$ I would be saving. Car payment and such. It’s worth the buy !! Thanks and great video.
Thanks for the comment! It’s definitely worth it for long mile drivers for sure! It’s like if you own a house, why not actually save money ey and own solar panel. This electric appears expensive but it’s really saving you money plus helping a little to halo make the work greener! Congrats on your order Alex! Make sure you get all the green check mark when you order in your app!
I really enjoy your videos. Got my Model 3 LR (Blue with white interior - looks awesome) on Mar 21st. I agree with all your reasons. When I show people my car, my top 3 are #3 - Active Safety Features - this car can truly save our lives or at least give us a better chance..#2 - Autopilot - only have the basic version but i love it and I just might get the FSD monthly I'm so liking basic that much and of course #1 - the awesome acceleration!! Wow! Fun car to drive
I took delivery of my 2022 Model 3 LR about one month ago after a three month two week wait and I LOVE IT! I still have my 2017 Tahoe which I only drive on the weekends to make Costco and Home Depot runs.
That wasn’t a long wait at all! Took me 6 months! Me too, I also kept my pathfinder for my family too. Drove that pathfinder all weekend and felt so good to go back to my Tesla.
2:30 - on point # 1: your time. You also get more of your time back due to the convenience of recharging at home, not having to stop for gas, and not having to do routine ICE maintenance on the Pathfinder. Because it is built into the nature of owning a motor vehicle, people sometimes forget to count all of the time they no longer spend making appointments and going to appointments for their ICE car and it's maintenance.
Isn’t that crazy about your routine maintenance? I usually have to just seat at the waiting area or walk down to a coffee shop and just wait for hours for them to do fluid changes.
Thank you Brady I appreciate your comment man. That’s my little best friend right there! I do love the fact that he likes to hang out in there with me which is really cool!
You definitely bought it at the right time now it’s so hard to get and it’s more expensive and it doesn’t come with a charging cable yes perfect timing
@@CameraToFreedom portable charger has been in my trunk or frunk since I received the vehicle never had to use it. I put in a 14-50 at the house that's all you need.
Congratulations on your new car. Ordered my 3 after going to several dealers and trying to make a deal. Impossible when they want to sell way over MSRP. I blame the greedy dealers who won’t give the public a break.
Wow that number seems very expensive. That’s cool that New Zealand can get a Tesla. In Guam where my families from even though it’s United States territory we don’t get Teslas up there hopefully one day. Luckily I moved out here to California
oh my same here, I dread having to go to the gas station specially during the pandemic, where I have to wear gloves and mask and face shield before touching the gas pumps, and then throw the gloves then sanities both hands lol WHAT A RELIEF!!!!!! actually one of the reason why I considered buying a Tesla.
What’s up Xerez! It’s so crazy we don’t have to go to gas stations and always complaining about the price. I talked about the gas price all my life and finally I don’t even think about it! So cool!
@@CameraToFreedom oh specially now when gas price is on it's highest and still going up, I don't think twice about driving miles even just to get my boba lol
Love this! I just ordered my Tesla model 3 yesterday. Won't get it for a while but in IL there's a $4000 rebate starting July 1st so it's an even better reason to get one. I have had only used cars and like you I work as a gig worker in film - so I decided that I deserve it! And use it for work a lot. Love your car and love this video.
Filmbuffy I’m also for Tom Videographer and Photographer to and having a Tesla is such a joy especially since we have to drive so many miles to get to our random gigs. Yeah man, I’m excited for you one combination color borrow three did you get?
I’m paying about 450-500 for gas in my 2004 Tundra. (13-14mpg) no payment but I really want a Tesla model 3! Thinking about just getting this car since it’s also my dream car.
Nice video! I totally agree with you. Also on the regen braking, one of the things I love about it is the wheels stay clean. There is literally no brake dust. Whereas my other car's wheels look totally caked with brake dust after a week or two.
Has been my dream car since it was first announced a few years back. Just ordered mine base model, black exterior and white interior. I get a 7 000$ rebate from the quebec government program where I live and was able to get 15 000$ for my 2015 mazda 3 with 110 000kms on it since used cars prices are so high right now. Car comes to a total of 53K in canadian currency. Couldn't say no to that !
Thanks D! Yeah some places like Southern California is pricy when it comes to paying for electricity so we all wait til 9pm when it becomes cheaper to use!
I’ve had a Model 3 LR for 2 years now, living in Arizona and Florida. My prior car was an Infiniti G37. I have a home charger and pay 1/4 per mile for electricity versus my prior ICE car (and that’s when gas was cheap!). Currently with oil prices being high, the Model 3 is dirt cheap by comparison. It’s a far superior car IMO, and practically speaking the fastest car on the road. Factor in the service life of half a million miles or more, and I can’t imagine why you wouldn’t want one. And fyi, better order now...they’re going to be in very high demand over the next 6-8 years. My car is currently worth more (used) than when I bought it new.
Great review and shots. I'd have to argue about affordability. It's only affordable if you have a house AND solar panels. So in a way, you're paying for "gas" by paying for your solar panels. And may I ask, what sort of maintenance do you do on a 2017 vehicle that would cost you $1000/month? Pretty sure oil changes are around $100 and tire rotations only have to be done every 7000 miles or so and it's free at Discount Tires. Tesla should pay you to make this video.
Yeah you’re right, realistically it’s not that affordable unless you do have solar panels. $1000 was car payment + gas + random car maintanence from all kinds of fluid changes to tire rotations and every 15k maintanence or so. Just an average. Apaulture, thanks for the encouraging words! Cool tag name!
@@CameraToFreedom Ah my mistake. After rewatching the video, it makes more sense that the total would come out to be $1000 since $1000/month for just maintenance is a bit absurd. Thanks Myong.
@@apaulture hehe yes that would be absurd. That’s a $1000 a month also only because I drive so much for my work. Of course many people who don’t drive as much can save more money. Thanks for watching my video man!
Ive owned mine a few months now and it's saving me money. With Tesla supercharger available where I am I only spend about 15$ for 80% charge. The few times I needed to charge at home using the home kit that comes with the car, 20% To 80% in about 7 hours which is fine for overnight charging. Even doing a trip from Houston TX to Los Angeles there's super chargers along the way so I never had an issue
In my case it is affordable in a house paying .03 cents per kilowatt hour during certain hours with no solar panels with my average electricity cost at 17 dollars per month driving about 300 plus miles weekly
Great video. Im feeling the same as you felt before buying it! Gonna get it by 2023. It’s been very helpful and informative. Thanks from Northwest Spain!
Every company will be coming out with an EV car, Tesla will finally have their new and better battery ready for their cars, the cyber truck might be ready and you might be able to get that instead. There might be an upgrade to the Model 3 that 2023 models will get that might be awesome.
For the #1 reason on your list, I don’t have a car payment on my minivan so I just pays for gas. However, we do plan to replace it with another car so EV Tesla is our logical choice. On top of that, even if there is no car payment, selling a used car in this crazy market can give you some benefit. I had a 2007 Honda Pilot 4WD. I did all the regular maintenances and i still had to do the big maintenance pack like water pump, timing belt, and lot of the stuff like that. It adds up or I should plan to sell for every 4-5 yrs when it gets aged.
It does and if you’re unlucky, which I am sometimes, you’re spending so much getting little parts fixed non-stop. I feel like I’ve experienced my other cars breaking in every way possible. Then again we can get unlucky with our teslas too. Electronics aren’t all guaranteed. Anyways you’re going to love your Tesla!
I ordered my MY in November, with a delivery date on May/ June 2022. Update delivery is now September/ October 2022. Just a waiting game, I guess I’ll get it when I get it.
@@MrWatcher1101 yup it gets pushed back so much. I made the mistake of not completely finishing the order process. Make sure all the check marks are marked in your app. My bank info wasn’t complete so that delayed it so much and there is nobody to tell you this.
@@CameraToFreedom I don’t think you can complete all of the check marks when you first order. Trade in valuations are only valid for one month or 1000 miles, whichever comes first. So unless you know you’re taking delivery within the month you ordered, you have to wait after an advisor has contacted you. Same goes for if you are taking out a loan through a Tesla preferred bank.
I have the long range. The standard range is a different audio system but it’s still amazing! You’ll be fine. There is a company who sells subwoofers that fit custom to the little cubby whole in the trunk left or right side and I was thinking of getting.
My wife wanted the black interior! The white interior does make you clean the seats so frequently. I bet with the black interior you’ll wipe it down once a month or even less!
That’s true. Luckily I’m having to hit the brakes daily cause of suddenly stops and miscalculated regen brake. The car does need to be broken into for sure! Thanks Ada for the comment!
Just picked up our 2022 Tesla Model 3 LR. We had a 2020 Rav4 and were paying $900 per month just on car payment and gas. The tesla is $760 per month and charging is free since we have solar. No brainer.
I had a Tesla model Y but I sold it because 1. Car payment $700 2. Insurance $120 Registration every year would be $700 Electricity was an extra $80 more a month.
Honestly Tesla is not a cheap car for sure. But if you’re paying so much with gas and a big car payment anyways it kind of breaks even and in my case I save a little money. How is your new money situation? How much is your car payment and what are you driving? Do you drive a lot and how much gas are you putting in your car every month? For me just last three months on my Tesla I drove 10,000 miles for my work which is crazy and 10,000 miles with 22 miles per gallon at $6.50 per gallon we’re elements in Southern California equals $3000. That’s $1000 a month just for gas. So for me having a Tesla is actually cheaper.
Oh my god that is so much you’re barely breaking even doing DoorDash. Yes you definitely need to get a Tesla at least you’ll be driving a car that you really love
After 2 years how’s your battery? What’s your charging habits like? Recommendation?! I want to make a video about Tesla battery and have done my research but I need to experience it myself before making that video.
@@CameraToFreedom full charge shows 239 which would've been 254 when it was new (15,000 miles). I just use a granny charger, people think that's crazy but for me it's just like charging my phone overnight so no hassle at all. I also use the superchargers whenever I go a bit further away.
It is still so fast! The battery on the standard is the latest and the best that can be and recommended to be charged to 100% everyday while the long range best is 80%! Definitely a great buy! Plus you’ll get it sooner then the long range I hear.
Does it have a front camera that comes on or you can turn on when you are driving forward into a car park that shows the lines that you are driving between including any cars beside you.
When you reverse the back and two side cameras turns on automatically so you can see what you’re backing into. Front does not sure on but there is a graph that tells you how many inches you have left before you hit something.
Don't release the gas pedal completely and suddenly, release it gradually and only as much as you want the car to slow down. You will very quickly get the hang of it
@@CameraToFreedom Thank you! One more question: What is the black patch on the car just in front of the rear wheels? Thanks again for your help and your great vids.
@@scottb3420 It's a Guam Seal Emblem. My family and I are from Guam and everyone from Guam puts a Guam sticker on their cars once you leave Guam :). Looks cool I think!
Congrats on the car man! But honestly there is no message important enough to check while driving. Period. If you really need to check, pull over somewhere safely. That way, you will have far fewer "nightmares." I understand Autopilot is good, but it's definitely not perfect and anything can happen on the road within a second. Don't make your own business someone else's because you were selfish and distracted. Drive safe! :)
I get my delivery in nov. Can you please help me with what charge pack I should get. The mobile? The one that you get electrician to install? I’m sorry I’m lost here
Zaine! You definitely have to buy the Nema 14-50 adapter either from the Tesla dealer or order it online now since they seem to run out of stock often. You then have to hire an electrician to install the 220 V power outlet in your garage unless you already have then since a lot of the washer and dryer‘s uses that plug. Otherwise the regular wall outlet will give you a slow charge. Here is my video on charging th-cam.com/video/kyTyulxcVvs/w-d-xo.html
Cool Tesla facts. I can’t justify $60K when my Hondas and Toyota vehicles are paid off having very very low maintenance costs and are virtually problem-free for years. Maybe a luxury item for retirement. On a side note, do you recall the video setting such as iso, aperture and shutter speed you used for this recording? It’s very good. 🤔
Thanks Audarya! Yeah it’s hard to spend that kind of money when you already have those cars paid off and you might not even drive that far anyways. It’s a luxury for sure at that point. Iso is at 100 and aperture at f2.8 and shutter speed is what I change for proper exposure even though I should be using a ND filter with shutter at 50.
im currently paying for a bmw a month for $640 its sporty and has red leather seats but the teslas seem like such a convenient car to have, and my distance to work is not that crazy either i'm really contemplating moving over to electric lol thanks for the video.
BMW is launching few EV cars! Tesla is convenient until it isn't. If you get into a small accident, it takes forver to get your car fixed and is limited on the repair shop you can take it to. If you have a flat tire and you don't have phone reception to get help, you're screwed. I just finished filming my next tesla video on 10 things why you might not want a Tesla Model 3 just so you know what you're getting yourself into :)

@@CameraToFreedom I got the Model 3 Long Range Dual Motor All-Wheel Drive: Pearl White. Full self-driving capability. Will I need an electrician come to my garage and set up a different outlet? Right now, I just have the standard plug-ins.
Oh yeah you do! You need an electrician to come in and plug in 220v NEMA 14-50 which is a same plug for old school washer and dryers. This will charge you Tesla in one day. Your regular charge will take 3 days for full charge! I have a video all about it too th-cam.com/video/XfsrtGINFt8/w-d-xo.html
Great video Myong! Awaiting my M3 and it will look exactly like yours. Can’t wait! I want the same spoiler you use. On the amz link in your description there seems to be two options and with several colors. May i ask which exact one you got?
What’s up Hillerio! Thanks man! I got the matte black. I am have another TH-cam video talking about my accessories including this spoiler so check it out so you can decide if you want a different brand or keep it the same.
No I didn’t explain fully. Some months I’d have a full 15k miles maintenance like all kinds of fluid changes and parts breaking and spending a lot to fix it. Then averaging all that payment into extra $250 a month.
I was going to purchase 2022 Honda Accord Hybrid Touring but at the end of the day it was going to cost me about 40k plus I would still end up going to gas station. So I decided to go with the Tesla Model 3 Long Range, i recommend it over the Standard Range.
Great call! I went through the same thing and even looked at honda clarity thinking I’ll save some money but in the end it’s so close to model 3 might as well go with a car we can be proud of and just hustle to make more money! Way to go Cisco!
Tesla has their own special coating on the glass that the flex hits better than even the best ceramic tint. You can still feel a little heat coming through so people still put ceramic tint on it to make it even more heat resistant.
Eric, you can get the list from Tesla’s support page but you’d have to look online for the adult humor ones like ‘open butthole’ to open the charging port online. www.tesla.com/support/voice-commands
AirPods are $100. Talk your texts and respond for you, even automatically if you want. Lots of options to keep eyes on the road. Siri can answer your questions etc.
If you charge at home you don’t have to be frantic about it. I have yet to charge at a super charger and I do drive a lot. 300 plus miles on a full charge gives me enough miles to drive all over the place for the day. Supercharger is needed if you’re doing road trips.
If you ordered the standard with black interior then there’s a chance you’ll get it earlier. If you ordered long range or performance with white interior then it’ll take longer then what they tell you in the app. So far that’s what it seems like from my research and experience.
Six dollar is crazy price and some places in Los Angeles are already up to seven dollars. That’s just hoping tesla become more popular to! Cool you ordered a Tesla? What did you get?
@@CameraToFreedom I'm looking at long range which has 354 miles. I like you have white on white. I want to get the exact one you have. I couldn't understand the difference between FSD and autopilot you explained. For how long I have to pay $200 per month for FSD?
Yes it’s $200 for FSD but it’s not worth it just yet. It drives very carefully and slow. I wouldn’t trust it yet even though it does a great job. Autopilot I really enjoy and it comes with the car.
Thanks for the comment Dave! Yeah, the model 3 is such an awesome car. I was thinking of getting the Ioniq, Mustang or the EV6 but I knew I would regret it and wonder about the Tesla. You’ll only be saving $10k with the other cars so get the Tesla! :)
Woohoo! Yeah it’s worth it! Too many people online talking about how they’re seats got damaged and permanently stained. Save your seats by putting a cover on it! 😎 get the drcarnow brand. I have the link in the description!
It runs well in the heat. Haven’t really compared but I’m making a video of ceramic tiny installation in couple weeks when go to the tint shop! I will definitely need that for the heat. Going to ask them to add a ceramic tint on the roof for extra heat protection but it already has something that does an amazing job deflecting heat. Even bought a little roof sheet with see through feature to block the heat cause the summer heat is coming!
So the model three came with a free regular wall charger 110 V. This charges about 33% of your battery overnight charging at nine peak hours from 9 PM all the way to 4 PM so that’s your Cheapest charging rate. Don’t charge from 4 PM to 9 PM that is double the amount to charge. If your daily Drive is less than 100 miles and just that regular wall plug is good enough surprisingly. You can then go to superchargers every once in a while if you need to.
The best method of charging is using the 15-40 Nema 220 V volt outlet that’s used for dryers refrigerators and other big appliances. That costed me $400 to get it installed by an electrician and it charges my car 100% overnight. That adapter is $50 from Tesla. Are you planning on getting a model three?

$60K yikes! IMO, I think the strong point is the performance. Good range and charging. Not the best but good. Weak areas, FSD is way to expensive for something that does not work well. (maybe in 10 years?) Weak points instrument panel among the worst. Ride, below average. The dual motor EV6 Wind for $10K less seems to out class it in most areas. Comfort, ergonomics, instruments, hatch, build quality, ride and you still get the ventilated seats which is nice here where it is hot!
You’re absolutely right. $60,000 is a lot and $750 a month payment is a lot. Definitely more than I’m used to. But when I calculate all my spending‘s on my regular car I actually spend more on my regular car with gas and maintenance than my Tesla. I also don’t feel confident about the FSD but I think FSD might be great for elderly drivers or if your commute is short and repetitive. That a V6 looks amazing and every brand of cars are coming out with their own EV cars and they all look amazing and high-quality build. Tesla is becoming like Louis Vuitton, we’re starting to pay for the name butts the one reason I really wanted the Tesla over others is there supercharging station. That’s a dealbreaker right there. Every other charging station gives you 220 V charging and that’s kind of slow if you’re waiting around for an hour or two. Traffic if you’re at a mall to kill time. Superchargers are amazing and fast. It seems like Tesla gave you an entertainment center with Jamison movies and karaoke so you can enjoy your time charging.
@@CameraToFreedom There is a channel called out of spec reviews that might help alleviate your concern with charging stations. They just did a 5 EV race from norther CO to Las Vegas with multiple charging stops. The Porsche won, Ionq 5 second, Model X 3rd, Model 3 4th and the Mach E 5th. The Mach E couple was pretty new and just did not make good use of charging stops. My good friend has a Model Y which is fine. I just think the EV6/Ioniq 5 are better and cheaper both!
My friend has the red one and that color is so nice. Did you know they started selling an enhanced auto pilot? It’s extra $6000 but it will parallel park for you and switch lanes for you when it’s time to exit your freeway. I might try it out.
@@CameraToFreedom yes I’ve seen that. And I think it’s a great option if do want all cool features without the self driving system. I travel a lot so self driving made a lot of sense to me but if you don’t want that , than yes 6k for all that cool staff is worth the money I think.
Man, I’ve been bad at driving! I’m starting to really get used to autopilot and I catch myself not even paying attention to the road for minutes at a time! Autopilot has been doing such an awesome job at driving safe that I’m trusting it more and more every time. Still need to be safe of course.
Ok question. I currently rent a room in a house because it’s expensive out here in California. If I don’t install a house wall charger would charging at a supercharger be expensive? I’m looking into buying the model 3 long range edition which would give me about 330 miles of range.
It’s best to keep it charged at 90% 6 days out of the week then 100% once a week. It’s cheaper at half the price to charge it 9pm to 4pm. It’s like maybe 1/4th the price of gas.
Mine is the long range. I feel like this was perfect for me because one day I had a gig from My Home Temecula to San Diego and then to Los Angeles and then back home and I had just enough miles for charge to go all the way around without having to stop for a supercharge! Do you have a Tesla or interested in getting one?
Don’t worry about the battery. You treat it right and it’ll last you long time. People who bought a Tesla when they first came out who took care of the batteries still has good battery life. It’s only 270 to and from LA to LV and the long range can take you 350 miles average at full charge plus the super chargers are fun and quick to charge your car. NO need to worry about that at all. I’d be worried if you lived in small town middle of no where with no superchargers around.
He says it’s affordable but it really isn’t. It’s affordable for people that have money but it isn’t for people that are already having a hard time paying off rent
It’s affordable if you’re paying for a gas guzzling SUV like me since. Ow I’m paying less. But it’s not affordable if you don’t have a car payment and you barely drive and don’t have money. Just get it and then figure out how to hustle to make the money! That’s the only way to live. Hustle life! :)
@@CameraToFreedom Yeah, I think function over form should be looked at as another option. The stock rims there look better than the performance rims, in my opinion. I’m trying to get the cyber stream rims, but they have been out of stock. BTW, do you know what motors are used in the 3? Is it the new motor with the magnet based? I have a 2017 X that used duel induction motors, but they have improved them.
I think FSD in a lot of the cities or tractly 100% good to go. I’ve never tested it out but I’ve seen a lot of videos about it. They do drive flag grandmothers which can be a good thing better safe than sorry. I think when I kids become adults everyone’s going to be living like the Jetsons!
FSD is absolutely the future...and Tesla will crack that puzzle first and best. Whether it’s a year from now or 10, who cares? PS ultimately we’ll see the cars and the roadways sharing basic information real time...that will make a huge difference overall.
Wow man, I really like this video!! Great reasons, specially that one where you said that you would always get cheap cars and your wife finally agreed with you and said how hard you work that you deserve it, that right there is what I really liked. Lol.LOL.. I feel you man, my wife n I work work work n work, we have our cleaning company, super busy, I dash on the side for extra $$$ so why not, why not get something that we want n deserve! Thank you King! Right?! We are in the same boat! You work hard and you have to reward yourself so that it makes sense to work hard. We can die any minute and we have to live our best now. Keep the hustle brother!
Yes, exactly! I was thinking that. And that's what my wife said, "I see you working so damn hard every day for our kids and us and I always hear you talking about your passions and dreams. But sometimes you have to give yourself a treat" So in 2 months I'm done with paying some stuff that I need to take care off, and I see myself in a tesla pretty soon, now more than ever because of your video! Keep up the great work...
I bet it's still worth $57K now even used! What percentage do you keep the charge at? Did see a degradation of your battery yet? Thanks for the comment Kat Man!
Wow! congrats to your new car! anyways, do you have any plans to convert your steering wheel into yoke steering wheel ? if you are interested, just reply here, thankyou!
no cabin noise yet lol MINE CAME WITH THAT LOL
Ooh nice choice of colors! That camping sounds so fun you should make a blog of it! We all want to see! I gotta try that out with my boy!
The 10 reasons are spot on! I had a 2018 LR for 3.5 years before selling it last October. I made great money. Resale value is amazing on teslas. Placed my order for a new one - expecting delivery sometime in August. Hopefully sooner!🙏

Yup those are my reasons too! Love how safe this car is! Thanks for that Jeff!
All you need is a car payment and higher insurance with the Tesla lol
I'm glad you and your buddy come in your car and have fun
Thank you Brady I appreciate your comment man. That’s my little best friend right there! I do love the fact that he likes to hang out in there with me which is really cool!
I got my 2022 M3 LR in December am very happy I bought the car before the 2 recent price hikes. Tesla is a game changer.
I even just told that to a friend. He said he’ll buy a cheaper used Tesla and I told him used Tesla’s are more expensive! 😂
@@CameraToFreedom yes, I looked at a few used ones at Car Max. More expensive than a new one.

Me too! I was paying way too much on gas and I drive so much! Life is too short sometimes you just gotta treat yourself! You deserve it Jon! 😎
Nice video! I totally agree with you. Also on the regen braking, one of the things I love about it is the wheels stay clean. There is literally no brake dust. Whereas my other car's wheels look totally caked with brake dust after a week or two.
I love that too. What I’m doing the water blaster to clean my car that water bless alone will clean the rims it’s just very light dirt on it!

Heck yeah Jason! Get it man! Life is too short not to try your best and get what you want!
He made me feel better bout the car. He was relatable. I just have to see the price vs. charge. Thank you
@@johncahill3644 Thanks for that info. Isn’t that crazy how Tesla is more expensive used since you could get it right away we got lucky with her
Great review and shots.
GAS KILLS that calculation is so true!
Gas is nuts! The world is naturally forcing people to go EV!
My dream car since I ever drove one. Now saving to buy one on Christmas.
Way to go Miles! Make sure you order it sooner since it takes so long to actually get it once you order it. Took me 6 months of waiting!
Great video. Im feeling the same as you felt before buying it! Gonna get it by 2023. It’s been very helpful and informative. Thanks from Northwest Spain!
Hi Fran! From Spain?! That’s really cool! I think 2023 will be the best year to get it!
@@CameraToFreedom oh! why?
@@CameraToFreedom I agree. My pilot had so many problems and I felt I was in such bad luck.
Great video.
I really need to stop watching these types of videos.
It’s making the delivery time for my M3 that much more unbearable.
Believe me I know. I had to wait over 6 months for my M3!
right there with you.
Which model 3 did you get I thought the standard range came with the basic sound system. Is it that good? Or is this the upgraded sound system?
I have the long range. The standard range is a different audio system but it’s still amazing! You’ll be fine. There is a company who sells subwoofers that fit custom to the little cubby whole in the trunk left or right side and I was thinking of getting.
That car is beautiful
This car is dope! Thanks for the comment! :)

Thanks Kuruman! When will you get yours and what color combo did you get?!
@@CameraToFreedom performance model. White. Sometime between September 12 and October 24.
@@CameraToFreedom sorry! Black interior.
My wife wanted the black interior! The white interior does make you clean the seats so frequently. I bet with the black interior you’ll wipe it down once a month or even less!
I wouldn’t fully rely on the regen brake. The brake pad needs to be ‘broken-in’ and if it is not it could be dangerous when you do emergency brake.
No brainer.
That’s what I’m talking about, finally! Be had comments about Tesla is not affordable! Lol it is if you drive like us!
I want the same one in video bc it just looks so good with white on white
Yup! White on white is so nice!
You can get it to fold and unfold your mirrors too with voice command...I found out recently!
That’s cool! I didn’t do that yet! One day we’ll be able to tel it to go get us Starbucks! :p
I had a Tesla model Y but I sold it because
1. Car payment $700
2. Insurance $120
Registration every year would be $700
Electricity was an extra $80 more a month.
I’m a doordasher and spend 1100 in gas alone that’s enough for car payment and insurance . I’m almost convinced on buying one
Oh my god that is so much you’re barely breaking even doing DoorDash. Yes you definitely need to get a Tesla at least you’ll be driving a car that you really love
Just got one, paid for in full. Love it.
Paid in full! No Mo they payment?! Lucky! What color and model did you get?
@@CameraToFreedom Blue Model 3, it's 2 years old but like new, so much fun to drive!
That is cool you lasted this long with the slow charger! Wow your battery is still solid!
Is it good to get the rwd even if its slower thats all my budget can stretch
It is still so fast! The battery on the standard is the latest and the best that can be and recommended to be charged to 100% everyday while the long range best is 80%! Definitely a great buy! Plus you’ll get it sooner then the long range I hear.
Does it have a front camera that comes on or you can turn on when you are driving forward into a car park that shows the lines that you are driving between including any cars beside you.
When you reverse the back and two side cameras turns on automatically so you can see what you’re backing into. Front does not sure on but there is a graph that tells you how many inches you have left before you hit something.
Is there a big difference in the sound (Music) in a performance versus a long range? Have ordered a long range.
Performance and long range both has premium sound. Standard has a standard audio sound :)
@@CameraToFreedom Me happy :)
This was a very informative video. Thank You
You welcome robert. Thought I’d make a video that I didn’t catch on other videos.
FYI: The braking doesn't slowly roll like gas. It brakes fast when you release the gas pedal. I test drive the Tesla and I got motion sick after it.
Aww that sucks you got motion sick from it. I thought it was really fun.
Don't release the gas pedal completely and suddenly, release it gradually and only as much as you want the car to slow down. You will very quickly get the hang of it
theres a setting where you can configure the strength of the regenerative braking :D

Congrats on the car man! But honestly there is no message important enough to check while driving. Period. If you really need to check, pull over somewhere safely.

BMW is launching few EV cars! Tesla is convenient until it isn't. If you get into a small accident, it takes forver to get your car fixed and is limited on the repair shop you can take it to. Is the roof factory tinted in model 3?
Tesla has their own special coating on the glass that the flex hits better than even the best ceramic tint. You can still feel a little heat coming through so people still put ceramic tint on it to make it even more heat resistant.
Regarding #8, is there a full list of what commands Tesla would take?
Eric, you can get the list from Tesla’s support page but you’d have to look online for the adult humor ones like ‘open butthole’ to open the charging port online. www.tesla.com/support/voice-commands
where did you buy your spoiler?
Here’s the Amazon link to the spoiler Alexander amzn.to/3uZTlKV
AirPods are $100. Talk your texts and respond for you, even automatically if you want. Lots of options to keep eyes on the road. Siri can answer your questions etc.
I didn’t know that. Thanks for that tip Schmalzried!
What spoiler did you put on it?
This cheap little thing from Amazon but it was so perfect! amzn.to/3uZTlKV
Never have to worry about gas stations but then need to frantically find a charger if you go 300 miles. In Texas this can be a mess.
If you charge at home you don’t have to be frantic about it. I have yet to charge at a super charger and I do drive a lot. 300 plus miles on a full charge gives me enough miles to drive all over the place for the day. Supercharger is needed if you’re doing road trips.
Awesome video man. New sub here!
Woohoo! Thank you Matthew! Appreciate your sub and your comment man!
@@CameraToFreedom Keep the content coming!
Are the sport wheels and performance tires all seasonal?? Can’t find the answers anywhere 😭
I found some article saying the continental tires we have is all seasonal tires! Expensive tires too at $1300 for full set!!!
Just ordered mine! Would you say the delivery time is on the lower or higher end of what is quoted?
If you ordered the standard with black interior then there’s a chance you’ll get it earlier. If you ordered long range or performance with white interior then it’ll take longer then what they tell you in the app. So far that’s what it seems like from my research and experience.
Those Costco shoes are the best
LOL Costco is the best! Funny you recognized it!
@@CameraToFreedom those are the best sneakers for the $. I bought 4 pairs of them when I discovered them!
I live in Southern California and the gas is $6 here. This was the main reason I ordered a Tesla.
Six dollar is crazy price and some places in Los Angeles are already up to seven dollars. That’s just hoping tesla become more popular to! Cool you ordered a Tesla? What did you get?
@@CameraToFreedom I got the model 3 long range. It should be here next month
Ooh you’re gonna love it! Check out my model 3 accessory video so you can pick the right one for yourself and have it ready for your delivery day!
@@CameraToFreedom will do
which exact model 3 is this? Long range, short range or performance?
This is the Long Range. Do you have a model 3? Which one do you want to get?
@@CameraToFreedom I'm looking at long range which has 354 miles. I like you have white on white. I want to get the exact one you have. I couldn't understand the difference between FSD and autopilot you explained. For how long I have to pay $200 per month for FSD?
Yes it’s $200 for FSD but it’s not worth it just yet. It drives very carefully and slow. I wouldn’t trust it yet even though it does a great job. Autopilot I really enjoy and it comes with the car.
@@CameraToFreedom thanks Myong! For autopilot we have to pay $12K additional right.
Autopilot is free! 🙌🏽
Great video!
Aww thank you Coooooool for the nice comment!
Nice review! We are still trying to decide which EV to buy. Don't need a large vehicle. Your review helps and we like Elon a little more every day!
Thanks I'm getting myself one 🔥🙌🏾🙏🏽
Woohoo! Yeah it’s worth it! Too many people online talking about how they’re seats got damaged and permanently stained. Save your seats by putting a cover on it! 😎 get the drcarnow brand. I have the link in the description!
Good review of the Tesla. Electric vehicles are the future!
Aww thanks man! I appreciate you checking my videos out kpboix99.
Mine is on order. thanks for the idea of solar panels. How is it in the hot weather?
It runs well in the heat. Haven’t really compared but I’m making a video of ceramic tiny installation in couple weeks when go to the tint shop! I will definitely need that for the heat. Going to ask them to add a ceramic tint on the roof for extra heat protection but it already has something that does an amazing job deflecting heat. Even bought a little roof sheet with see through feature to block the heat cause the summer heat is coming!
Great video and points!
Woohoo! Thanks for the comment!
what you recommend for charging home

Nice! That’s good to know that other companies has reliable charging stations!
@@CameraToFreedom It sure is a lot better than even 2 years ago.
Man can’t wait until December for mine 👏
Congrats Jorabek! It’s the best car ever! What set up and color combination did you get?
@@CameraToFreedom I’ve gotten the Red color performance package. It has everything you can get. Full autopilot and everything else. I am so excited 👌
Great video! Is your model a standard Model 3,model 3 long range or model 3 performance? Thanks again
Mine is the long range. I feel like this was perfect for me because one day I had a gig from My Home Temecula to San Diego and then to Los Angeles and then back home and I had just enough miles for charge to go all the way around without having to stop for a supercharge! Do you have a Tesla or interested in getting one?
Does the 19s come with all seasons or summer?
I think they’re all season since it won’t make sense for us to get winter tires. I need to look into that to make sure
@@CameraToFreedom thanks! I ordered a LR with the 19s. Hoping it is coming with all seasons.
Think of how much more fun you would have when it becomes fully autonomous.
We could then relax and ride our cars like the jetsons! And way less accidents most importantly!
Hi Hello
Do you know how much to replace tesla model 3 battery after the warranty? Not the 12v
It’s about $16,000. Do you have an older model three that needs battery replacement?
@@CameraToFreedom no, but I’ve been thinking of getting M3 but worried about going back and forth from LV to LA & battery replacement… thanks
Sweet ride, I like the stock rims.
Thanks Kevin! I like their stick rims too! Wonder when they’re going to start designing third part aero dynamic rims made for Tesla!
Let's go!!!!! Looks great 👍 👌🏿
Heck yes! Thanks Jirai!
Congrats on your new car. All good reasons. But what do you think about future FSD capability?
I think FSD in a lot of the cities or tractly 100% good to go. I’ve never tested it out but I’ve seen a lot of videos about it. They do drive flag grandmothers which can be a good thing better safe than sorry. I think when I kids become adults everyone’s going to be living like the Jetsons!
FSD is absolutely the future...and Tesla will crack that puzzle first and best. Whether it’s a year from now or 10, who cares? PS ultimately we’ll see the cars and the roadways sharing basic information real time...that will make a huge difference overall.
Thank you so much for this review it was great sir
Thank you Dana for watching it and commenting.
GREAT JOB
Thank you Paul for the compliment and the comment!
But yeah I agree with all those reasons
Heck yes! Well deserved King! Let me know when you do finally get it!!!
@@CameraToFreedom sure will. Mean time I'll keep watching your vids on teslas
Woohoo! Thanks for the support King! 🙌🏽
Mine was $54k 7 months ago, I drive 90 miles a day to work and back. Plug it in when I get home. I won't go back to gas car.
I bet it's still worth $57K now even used! What percentage do you keep the charge at? Did see a degradation of your battery yet? Thanks for the comment Kat Man!
