had the maximum number of bonds running for a year or so after selling my old house so sold them and cleared the mortgage on my new house and started buying Premium bonds again 2 pensions local government and AVC but remember 20yrs ago 50k would buy a house in the north east now its a car price , for every pound you save add an extra 2 pound for tax and inflation
