    More than half of those items were probably bought at the local on-base haji shop. But taking it off a "dead bad guy" sells the story better.

    when i started watching this channel, i started with nazi museum video, and from a thumbnail i thought, well another obssessive nazi wannabe video. was i wrong. this man is true historian and collector, human encyclopedia. i see so much passion for all this, and from it comes appreciation and respect. huge respect for this man, if i lived anywhere close id come to visit all this and meet him. stunning.

    As an afghan vet who served in rural NE Afghanistan Kunar and Nuristan provinces primarily outposts the very few females we came across were all wearing full cover burka. They were mostly blue but many times they would be extremely bright beautiful colors. Just an FYI I think it depends on the location of afghanstan different sects I would assume. I did not see a single woman with that black outfit and I was there amongst the people alot 08-09

    • @OG-GHOST2
      @OG-GHOST2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      And the burka I'm referring to even had their eyes covered with like a mesh material where they could see through but you could not see in

      Also something cool you may be able to find is paintings a local afghan did at one of the major bases in Jalalabad. When I was there in 08-09 there was this wonderful painter there who would paint any picture you brought in. I still have in a dust free case on my living room wall a painting of my daughter. I hope one day that painting or one similar cause many soldiers were going to this guy can be preserved in a museum
