- Now that Luke is available to play, the entire roster for Street Fighter 5 is finally complete. So here are all 46 characters alongside all the stages and (almost) all the DLC costumes for this game that has had nearly six years of support!

I keep getting ask about this question so I will comment regarding this. Street fighter 5 Champion Edition came out in February 2020; a few months before season 5 was announced so when you purchase SF5 Champion Edition, you’ll be getting all the content up to season 4. Buying a physical copy of SF5 champion edition has all the downloaded content via a code on the box. So you’ll have to buy season 5 pass separately or you can buy a digital bundle of SF5 champion edition that comes with season 5 via PS Store and Steam for $60.

A total of 30 additional characters and now SF5 Champion Edition now has the largest roster in the entire franchise

@@Twocoolman115 I think that’s a possibility especially since the game even at its stage before release already has such a massive positive reaction. It depends how long it takes to develop a character with the RE Engine
Taking away Dudley is the biggest SF crime I'd say. To me he's the best boxer there, I love his style and mannerisms, even his techniques. Reminds me of Ippo... Hope they bring him back in the future.
Easily the best official Street Fighter roster up to date. So many fan favorites both new and old are all in this game alone. I’m honestly concerned on how Street Fighter VI is gonna do their roster, because this is gonna be hard to beat unless they add in another 20 or so characters on top of it. Street Fighter IV was pretty close in terms of roster size as well and wasn’t a slouch itself, but I think this one genuinely has the better overall picks. I swear, if we don’t get characters like Rainbow Mika and Dudley back, *there’s gonna be some serious problems...* (Jk, but come on)

While I do wish Street Fighter 5 would have been a multi-platform game, Sony funded the game’s development. Let’s not forget that Capcom was close to bankruptcy in 2013.

@@Zbeast5972 the playstation plus version is only the base/vanilla/ normal version . Fighting games will usually update the title of their games with updates.
Brother I want to ask you a very important question : I already bought the CE edition ((Disc)) but there is just the original characters there is no dlc stages and characters

@@DMH3928 yikes 😬 because all the rest of the content is on a code alongside the disc so that code must have been used. Since you already have the disc it will cost $25 to get the upgrade or $50 if you want get all the content alongside the season 5 stuff

Champion Edition comes with everything up towards season 4. Season 5 content is sold separately or a digital bundle

It’s best to buy the game digital. There is a $60 bundle that has Street Fighter 5 Champion Edition and the season 5 pass together which comes with everything you see on this video (expect for certain costumes and Capcom Pro stages)

Buying Champion Edition physically gives you all the content from 2016 until season 4. So the season 5 pass isn’t included unless you buy the Japanese exclusive SF5 All Character pack physical version

How did you unlock all the stages
By continuing playing the game you can earn fight money to unlock stages. However when you buy SF5 Champion Edition, it automatically unlocks all the stages from season 1-4. The CTP stages although are not included in Champion edition so you’ll have to pay them as part of the CTP DLC packs

How is it fair to compare the two?? SFV is a Game that has a Champion Edition meaning it has over 40 characters since the base version was released 7 years ago... And SF6 is a game that was just released a month ago with only 18 characters but theres already 4 confirmed dlc and more in the following years to come...

@@TheRealDustinNunn when season 5 was reveal in summer 2020, Capcom has said that this would be the final season and with Rose’s story mode hinting as what’s to come, and the Luke Presentation ending with the message “stay tune for the future of the Street Fighter series”, it’s clear that SF5’s roster is done and now SF6 may be announce in 2022 especially with this year being the 35th anniversary of the franchise

Too much new and uninteresting characters (Ed??? G??? Akira? Blerghhh), where is Dee Jay, T. Hawk, Fei Long??? Street Fighter 1 someone? Eagle, Geki, Adon...? That's a very bad roster, though some of the new characters are cool, like Laura, Menat, Rashid.
Akira is not new is from rival schools and G is the spiritual sucesor of Q of street fighter 3

SF5 champion edition comes with all the costumes and characters from season 1-4. So you’ll have to buy the season 5 pass separately but there is a digital bundle that includes season 5 content together
