Obligatory Beard comment here but -- Casualties -- it really is his last stand, his way home; one last mission, just one more time he has to see people die. Just one more moment in this hellish place, and then he's free. And I really like that, in this music. It captures the feeling of being battered and nearly broken; nearly dead, but still alive, still fighting back, and carrying a thin spark of hope with you.

This song, to me, represents Beard's dedication to making it out alive. This song bring tears to my eyes. It's the proof that electronic music isn't just "syntetic noisie".
it technically is , but that doesnt make it bad
all music is just organized noise
I can’t describe it but this song smells like fresh air on a Saturday morning when it’s winter
мурашки по коже, спасибо за прекрасную музыку
This life-affirming tune with it's retro 80's motive will always take a special place in my heart. It just simply makes me feel calm, when everything goes smooth and ok. Thank you Magic Sword for creating this, as well as your other amazing stuff.
I want this song to play when I die.
same
same bro
- Essa foi por conta da casa.
- Que isso, garoto. Aposto que faria o mesmo por nós.
- That was on the house.
- That's it, boy. He bet he would do the same for us.
Acho q na verdade a tradução seria:
- No need to thank me, kid, ots onthe House
-you would do the same for me, right?
this song is truly sad. a week ago I lost my grandma. and now she will be able to make trip home.
May your grandmother rest in peace.

SuperCsubi Nem nyugodj meg csak meglepődtem hogy itt talállak :P
Mindjárt más. :p
Természetesen örülök, hogy valaki rám talál a csatornámon kívül máshol is. :D
Returning home from school,I think about this music.
Especially in the winter.
Барбос Мухтаров I think going for a walk after a night full of work, would be even more fitting
Beard giving up on code names when calling for help and his coordinates really show what war can do to one person.
IT'S ON THE HOUSE
This is how it feels to go to school on friday
i played this when i walked home from my last day at secondary, im going to a a level i now care about i felt like beard in this level, this song has a special place in my heart
I won’t lie, this song hits me on a personal level. I recently had to move schools and this song just reminds me of all the good times I had with my friends, enjoying life and not having to worry about everything. Now I’m constantly stressed and think about killing myself daily. I miss whenever I could just come home and talk to my friends while playing hotline Miami.
Don't kill yourself, i know how it feels, it fucking sucks.
Please talk about it and dial 113 do it please.
Nah you’ll be fine man. You’re far stronger that you think buddy
im a borderline genius and ill probably come up with some harebrained scheme to make a gazillion dollars in the next 5 years or so, just hang in till then and ill give you like 500k
One of the absolute greatest video game franchises of all time. . . Also the reason I discovered amazing music like this and what a way to discover such a masterpiece of a genre. I miss Jacket. . .
JFC, the emotional urgency of this song.
I have been listening to this song every time something special happens in my life for 6 years now. It means a lot to me and every time I get goosebumps when I listen to it.
Thank you, Magic Sword.
"You see, don't you? This is who I am! This is who we all are."
"We're animals!"
This song could not be any more perfect, Hotline Miami-wise or other. Grade A job, absolutely fantastic. Don't ever stop, this is insane talent.
Idk what it is about this piece of music, but it sounds so.. hopeful, melancholic, and kinda sad.
This song, makes me feel so many feelings, Magic Sword, holy shit man, easily one of my favorite artists.
This song has always been my favorite track from HLM2. It's almost a perfect representation of what Beard and his team were feeling in the moment: pure excitement and raw dread.
Man.
This really is some beautiful vaporwave.
Such a relief hearing this as the credits song after the Pistol Whip 2089 final level.
Beautiful, from start to end.
2015 was a great year
Indeed it was.
Seriously one of Magic Sword's best songs. The overall intensity, epic synth lines, and mind-blowing drop make this piece an incredibly melancholic banger.
Magic Sword's music is righteous
This is like the perfect song to play on a cold October day taking a walk
for some reason this song in particular reminds me of the ending of Drive.
When you come to your childhood home and see the things that were magical to you once you were a kid turn into 'just stuff', and you just sit there, reminiscing
I absolutely hate nowadays music, its all trap, rap, and freakin love songs, why can't we just have real music or at least awesome music like this one. Subed just to listen to your absolutely amazing music. ;)
Ulysses De La Mora Congrats, you achieved special snowflake status because literally every song that is made nowadays is shit.
Thing is this music is also nowadays because it is pretty new.
+Ulysses De La Mora (Uly) this is a "nowadays" music, you must hate it too because you think the nowadays music were shits
this song has a special place in my heart. it felt like the real last mission. i dont know how to explain everything..
This song really is the definition of going op against the odds and coming out on top
imagine lisening to it after school when summer break starts
This song is pure perseverance. Through the grit and the pain you find, the way home.
This is my favourite track in the whole hotline miami games ngl
when i played this level for the first time, this music gave me f**king chills. i wanted to cry, this has to be the best part of the game imo.
Nostalgia is a hell of a drug.
As a Hotline Miami player, who is a man of blood and violence with no remorse, personally this song made me cry.
This song fit Beard so damn well.
It feels like when it's your last day of school u leave but u never "leave" all the mental memories u carried with u since birth and childhood are there the good ones and the bad ones that reside in that school and in your head forever
The sunset here isn't so bad. Professor John H. Asimov, signing off.
You're never too young for a HAWAII FLASHBACK...
Best track of HM2
this mission was so painful, but the music never stopped me, nice
Rip Beard,rip pizza:(
1:30... that drop doh..! Diving into the ocean of goosebumps
I just heard this song and said in my head: "Damn, this song needs to be on Hotline Miami!"
And then I remember something:D
As a long time Hotline Miami fan, I've always loved this song. Fast forward to a few days ago when I'm playing the VR game Pistol Whip, and I find this song in the game. Genuinely, playing the level and shooting goons in time with the rhythm of this amazing emotional song with such a strong historical connection to my life since 2015 was a transcendent experience. I nearly cried.
The Hawaiian levels were never my favorite, but Casualties is one of my favorite levels ever.
