We use International Paper for our recycling. However, we recycle a ton, like literally a couple tons of paper at a time. But if they have recycling in your area they may provide you with a big bin and come by and pick up whenever your bin(s) get full. Love to see the shop in motion like that. Hopefully 1,000 subs comes soon!
Thanks Mike!
I feel you on the cyan. I have a certain client whose stuff is all dark blue. And their catalog prints have basically 100% solid blue 11x17 covers (folded).
That cutter is incredible! Subscribed!
Thanks for the sub! I do love the Aerocut!
Congrats to you and your wife ! Acrylic plates with the flatbed printer are really nice, expensive product but the render is perfect ! Thanks for your videos, can't wait to see your channel grow to 1000 subs soon ! Best of luck :)
Thanks a lot! That reminds me. I need to do some research on acrylic print pricing this weekend. I think I am leaving money on the table.
Nice to see the flatbed at work. Were those shippedwrecked flyers trimming correctly?
No, I accidentally used the wrong alignment setting and had to reprint them. Good eye!
@@smalltownink well I am never more focused than when avoiding my own work.
@@Zoli_ExhibitPrinting 😂 I know that feeling.
Nothing but fam-time Postman
No doubt!
You have very good videos, I wanted to ask how many people work inside, because you have a lot of printing equipment
There are 3 of us.
Do you find the xerox press to be toner cost friendly? Or are you looking into a different press ?
It is under a maintenance agreement which charges me less than a penny for black and white and 4.1 cents for color copies. That cost includes maintenance techs that come out same or next day to make repairs, all toner, waste toner cartridges, and drum heads.
What happened to the screen printer? I don't see it. and the 6 inch hole in the wall is plugged.
The heat from the dryer has been a welcome addition to the shop this winter so I haven’t bothered installing ventilation just yet but I should get on that soon. The auto and manual presses are still there. Screen printing has been slow in January for sure but orders are trickling in. Definitely more Screenprinting content to be had in February but I have had a blast printing and cutting paper this month.
Is that a Daron decal on your Xerox 😂
Haha it sure is, and I have one on my laser as well.
That’s and awesome #printfam! family! 😊. Really enjoy your videos, especially the ones with a montage of the past week’s jobs. Keep ‘em coming buddy!
Where do you buy that card stock? Prices I’ve seen on are a little much and puts me way over budget
We buy this from Lindenmeyer Munroe. That have been absolutely great to work with.
What size is that actually and what do you charge for
That ?
Those were 6x12 and typically run about 20cents each depending on quantity.
Your flashback looked kind of sticky on it's extension. It should be a smooth stroke.
I will check into that. It also needs one of the bulbs replaced!
Cyan is always the biggest quitter in the shop... lol
🤣
