Bauer has been going downhill for some time. I picked up the Hyperlite 2 and it's awful. I also have the Novium, FT6 Pro, and the FT Ghost. These 3 are all way better than the Proto R.

The stick does look dope. I just left monkey sports and they were shooting at testing it out since I just got them in and the one guy said he loves it and the other guy said he hates it and I didn’t care to use it because it’s power and it’s probably gonna break.
I didn’t know instead getting the 2FT ghost that I originally planned on buying when I went there which they say is just a repaint of the six with a different shaft dimension which is possibly true but they do feel completely different side-by-side so I don’t know. I didn’t make the sticks .

.. "this stick is incredible for perfect for elite hockey players" .. and continues to play non elite hockey; guys, there are better sticks for the majority of rec/beer league players out there so take a hint from a brand that makes durable sticks and avoid brands that doesn't.
